After a ton of reassuring Q&A's on DIS board (and another sleepless night), we finally paid for our trip in full and even got ressies at Palo (just dinner - brunch was all sold out). Now the countdown really begins.

Questions - We're on main dining waitlist. Does anybody know when that will be confirmed? Ditto on table and dining rotation request?

Also, is everyone planning on meeting while onboard? If this was answered earlier, I'm sorry. I've spent majority of sleepless nights researching ... 'til now.

I don't' know how soon you hear about main dining when you are on the waitlist, we always do late dining, so can't help you, sorry! I know you can check your online reservation to see if it changes, and I believe if you haven't heard by sailing time, you can change it onboard.

As for table assignment and dining rotation, you will find that out when you board and the tickets are in your room.

I know we have talked about meeting probably around 2:30 - 3 the day we board, but we haven't made a final plan yet. I will have copies of the FE list in case there are any last minute changes to pass out to people at that time.

We are doing the Mexican Cuisine Workshop too! Sounded like fun!

Cool! We thought about the ruins tour on Cozumel and decided against it - eating, drinking and then a short beach break sounded like it would be a little more fun I had read that the ruins ON the island weren't so wonderful and we didn't want to do the haul to the mainland.

We did the ruins on the island the last time we did the Western. They were ok and we had a good guide with our group. I can't compare them to the ones on the mainland since I haven't seen them.

I think the eating, drinking and a little beach time sounds wonderful!

We originally had the ruins tour until I talked to the family after all the chat here about Fury Catamaran and that won hands down. The Mexican Cuisine Workshop sounded fun as well, but not for the family.

Trying to get my plans finalized for what I want to do for FE so i can get started on it....what to do? What to do?

We prefer to go to the rental car place rather than take the shuttle from the hotel. It gets us to the ship quicker. I know this year with it being just the two of us we will go to the rental car place and have them take us to the ship.

I hope this gives you some insight as to which way to go.

Never can tell when - I always seem to pack too much. Although, it looks like I waited too long for extra swimsuits. Yikes = even the clearance is gone in Indiana and I haven't even closed our pool yet. (my refusal to believe summer is over ...

I love all the weight loss talk! For once in my life, I'm in the opposite situation. I'm pregnant with twins (13 weeks) and have lost 7lbs so far. So my goal is to GAIN 15 lbs by the time we cruise!

Congratulations! Doubly blessed and a good reason to "enjoy" the food cruise to the fullest!

I know - I know I keep blowing up the board. Keep reading new things and keep finding more to say. DH says I am a gabber, gulty as charged.

But wow. . . just curious, does everyone doing Fury leave around noon? How many boats are there?

We changed from Xel-Ha and are now on the Fury as well. Are there alot of us going on this? Will be good to "see" some familiar folks.

So excited, wish it were here now. Hubby and I are off to romantic cabin w/ couples massage this weekend. Please . . . let it be Friday already.

We'll be on the Fury Catamaran at Cozumel, too. (DH, DS9 and me) I think there is just that one time but I don't know how many boats they have. That's the only excursion we are doing - we'll walk around Key West on our own - hoping to download a podcast tour from iTunes. We don't plan on leaving the ship on Grand Cayman, or if we do, it will just be to walk around.

No, I don't think that anyone would say anything about your dh joining you after parking the car. I certainly wouldn't. Now if you had 5 cabins full of people join you in line, you might get a hairy eyeball or two

C'mon!!!! We need to sail! The Magic heads home on Saturday, that's one step in the right direction!!!!

There really isn't a "line" per say in the terminal. When you check in Disney gives you a number and when your number is called you get to go through the giant mouse ears. I've actually saved mine from years past, maybe I should pack those so I can get on the ship earlier. Naw. Waiting is half the fun.

Diets is going well at my house. Haven't gotten on the scale yet but probably won't for a couple weeks. Then I can be surprised.

I am super envious of those getting to do FEs. We decided to pack lite this year and not pack all of the stuff we usually do (door magnets not included in this statement).

I hope everyone is doing well. We've had more rain that I care to talk about here in Missouri. That puts a hickup in Soccer but thats just more $$ for the cruise for me.

We had a huge thunderstorm today and soccer and football were both cancelled. The kids were disappointed, but I was happy to have the night off.

We are all sitting down and going over excursions this weekend. I really want to have that crossed off the list.

Just got the mail and my Disney Visa statement was there (BOO). BUT...it also showed me that we have 440 points to use on the cruise!!!

Unfortunately, that also prompted me to tally up our excursions and DANG - those all added up fast and we are only doing 2!

In any event...between the Disney points and the OBC from DU and Disney, we will almost be able to cover our tips, excursions and Palo, so I guess that isn't too bad.

Of course, there is still time to build up more points on the card before we sail. We use it for EVERYTHING to build up the points (and pay it off each month), but there is no way we will earn enough to totally cover everything with the points in 2 months.

WE SAIL IN JUST OVER 2 MONTHS!!! WOO HOO!!!
