Is it possible to modify and remove the last day from a reservation with the on-line tool?

I was in for a few moments, then it crashed. Not sure if I was able to obtain my reservation or not. I guess I'll wait to see if I get an email and try to log in again later.

Has anyone been able to access the site? I'm getting a message that states password protected areas temporarily not available please check back later.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just removed all of the extra people. Now, provided all of the people with me show up in the list, I can use the select all button. I currently have no plans with any of them and can add them back later. Of course, our flight was just delayed for weather so...

I do. I cry at when we first step through the tunnels onto Main Street and see the castle, sometimes on Disney's Magical Express, during Wishes, during Fantasmic, and for sure the morning that we are going home. Pretty much might cry any time.

Something similar happened to me on our last trip in October 2013. My app showed only 1 person while my SIL's app showed our entire party (9 people). We had no problem using all of the FP+ - even thought they disappeared on my phone.

This exact thing happened to me at Disney Hollywood Studios in our last trip in October 2013. Suddenly - all of our FP's for the day said 1 person - ME - on my app. We checked my SIL app and all 9 people showed on hers. It was fine. When we went to ride, all 9 FP's were available...

Call them. I had a lot of issues and had to call several times, but they eventually fixed things for my October trip. Insist politely that the situation is unacceptable and must be resolved. Good luck.

I actually love the concept. We were at Disney last week - after hearing about glow with the show, we wanted to change our plans to see a "GWTS" Fantasmic. I would have loved to go on the 15th, anniversary and first night, but we weren't able to switch our park plans, dining reservations, etc...
