We were there last January and did HS on marathon day. I was irritated because that park, though my personal favorite, is the most confusing lay-out and the crowds coupled with the blocked off streets really impacts its navigability.

No need to worry. There is only one dock at Ft Wilderness. It's a lovely marina area and the Trail's End restaurant is nearby, within walking distance. Enjoy!

Oh, so sorry - I was wrong! I just double-checked and the Tomorrowland Speedway refurb is from 1/6-1/12, so should be good to go for your trip! I guess I assumed it was going to be a long one like Splash. Sorry about the false alarm! Have a fabulous trip!

Unfortunately, I believe the Tomorrowland Speedway will be closed beginning 1/6. That's when our trip begins and my two boys are pretty bummed. Just wanted you to be aware. Looks like you're making the most of your time there. Hope you have an amazing trip!

I sincerely hope that is an error! It does seem unusual that they would close down a biggie a few days earlier during that busy holiday wind-down, but who knows?
