I ordered 5 of the regular solid colored bands at the pre-arrival price over 2 months ago for our September 15th trip, and they just shipped them out on September 6th. I called merchandise guests services because they've been stuck somewhere up north without a shipping update for 3 days now...

Where do you see the plain ones for $10? I'm on MDE and the cheapest ones I've seen are $19.99.

We've used DVC Rental Store several times in the past few years, but I've noticed a few changes this time around. Be sure to read your rental agreement carefully. They now only allow one directive to be submitted to the renting member on your behalf without a charge. Any other requests made...

Question--would a Roku streaming device work on the resort room tv's to access Netflix & other apps? We've always gone old school & packed our portable dvd player to hook up to the room tv but would love to try the Roku box this trip if it works! Has anyone tried this? Staying at BWI this summer!
