We were on the 11/30 cruise out of Galveston (the one just before your missed one) and we were able to walk on at 12:30 with no one else waiting, so I think you can probably ignore your PAT. The Galveston cruises have not been anywhere near full. Ours was 80% full.

The varieties vary, but they have been known to have micro-brews on board. Widmer Drifter Pale Ale, for instance, has been sighted on the Dream on draught. Never seen an IPA, though.

For our Nov cruise, DCL is charging us $60 per person for IAH transportation at the beginning and end of the cruise. Has the price gone up? [edit] Just checked, and it has gone up ($90 round trip) for new reservations. No idea why there would be such a drastic increase...

It is actually the percentage of categories left (not sold out). That's why the highest percentage is ranked first as it should have the best deals. This is only a general indication of the cruise status since it does not directly measure the number of cabins.
