dolphin experience in Jamaica

We are going our 2nd cruise in Oct. I am looking at the excursions for the Dolphin experience. i have a couple of questions:

1. is it worth the money
2. is it worth extra money to swim with the dolphins as opposed to just interact with them?
3. are they strict in not allowing any cameras
4. if you buy the picture package, can they be printed off and emailed ect?
