We love Orange Lake. We've stayed in the 1-bdrm, 2-bdrm and the 3-bdrm on various trips. As mentioned above, it is a large resort and a car is needed to enjoy it and the various amenities. Two thumbs up from our experiences.

We've stayed at that hotel and it suited our family of 4. Really, it was just a place to crash with the occasional trip to the pool to decompress. As mentioned above, I wouldn't count on any hotel shuttle unless its the Disney buses. We had a car and we used it. That way we were always on...

My drive is 18 hours as well from Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

Wow, what i amazed at is the abundance of cell phones for your 10-14 trolls kids. Our cell phone plans in Canada suck. I know it's coming but 2 more cells phones I the house is gonna cost me a fortune. Additionally, we typically don't have great US plans which are for limited voice-data-text...

What would you consider as an ok age, to allow your child to venture on their own with another sibling? An additional fact to add, which may or may not affect your opinion .... The siblings have been to Disney 5 times already. I'm just curious what the popular opinion is.

Thanks for sharing the pictures. We have booked an 8:20 am breakfast at Crystal and so far the park opening is listed as 9am. I can't wait to experience the park and get some great pics without all the crowds.
