We leave in 20 days, but not arriving at DL until May 20. I've been reading the same threads as you, we will all be very sad if Soarin or Screamin are closed. DD#3 loves Soarin and she is finally tall enough for Screamin. Was reading earlier that it has also been closed for similar reasons...

We will be there Monday May 20th - Monday May 27th. DD#3 has her 7th birthday on May 26th, so we will definitely be in the parks that day!

As you will be there in September, Nightmare before Christmas would be a good one to watch. Jack is everywhere! Before our last trip I sat my 3 1/2 year old down in front of it (primarily so she wasn't scared) - Jack was the only character at DL that she actually hugged.

We had travel insurance through AAMI on our last trip and will never use them again! DD6 (at the time) split her chin open at Hojo's water playground. AAMI chewed me out over not getting approval to have her chin stitched before taking her to the hospital. Um, I returned to our hotel room...

DH called them on their main number - 132476 and spoke to a lovely lady in holiday packages. They are apparently being bombarded by requests for these :) Ticket prices were in NZ dollars - adults $378 and kids $353.

We did this on our last visit, and I think it was well worth it. I still have the long expired AP :-) I won't be getting an AP for our trip this year because we are also at DL on Memorial weekend. DD's birthday is the 26th of May and I have promised her a very special day in the parks.

I so wish they would figure out what they are doing. Qantas have just quoted me $1578 for 10 day hoppers (2 adults, 3 kids aged 11, 10 and 6).I know we have plenty of time before our trip, but I really want to get these sorted ASAP.
