We took my 2 1/2 yo and 4 1/2 yo in January and they both loved Snow White and the Little Mermaid show. My youngest has no fears, but my oldest was a little nervous with the witch in Snow White, but was fine.

We are going this year and will be ther for our 8th anniversary. We are having lunch with our kids at the Sci Fi. We ate there on our honeymoon and have returned each time so that is our "special" anniversary, besides just being at Disney which is always amazing.
