Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party Information

We are looking into this for our Feb vacation. On the night we are thinking of, there is only the one parade, at 7:00pm, then Wishes at 8:00. Times open are 7:00 and 7:15 for the Tomorrowland Terrace Party. I guess we would have to miss the parade to do this? Is that correct? Thanks for any info!

I've been wondering about this too (not for Feb, but in general). Does anyone know if it's possible to see any of the parade from the Dessert Party, or even hear the music well?

You can hear the music for the parade. From some parts of the Terrace, you can see some of the floats (at least the taller parts). Not a great view of the parade as a whole though.

I could be wrong, but I thought someone on here has said that you could probably watch the parade then come into the dessert party. The seats are assigned, so you aren't losing a seating location. I think the times on the reservation site are there just because the system requires having time-slots for making a reservation.

When we went last summer, people just line up and are ushered in when they are confirmed to have an ADR. I don't think they checked what time your ADR was for.

We went to this in 2011 and really want to go this trip, which is April, when do you think booking will be open? My grandson still talks about the dessert party, so I really want to book Again. Thanks

I believe it came out warm. They bring out about 50 at a time so I guess it was " get em while they're hot" Truly though it was 2 years ago and I don't remember that. I did love it though ! Finally getin back to the WORLD this May and waiting for ressies to open for that.

Can anyone tell me if the availability opens a month at a time? Right now the latest date available to book is February 28th.
I'm looking at March, and nothing is open at all- even though it's within two months of March dates.

Sometimes they open up a week or two; sometimes they open up a whole month all at once. Frustrating as all get-out when you want to grab a specific date!

My family loves the dessert party! We always go the last night of our trip, it's the perfect finish to our vacation. Of course my DDs and I tear up and my DH makes fun of us.

Can't wait til our March trip!

There is no specific date that the Dessert Party reservations open up...

February opened quite late; January 3rd, but they have opened up much earlier too. It's anyone's guess.

The best option is to go to SJS's thread (2nd link in my signature) and subscribe to her thread. There is where most people will notice when the reservations open up. I'll post on this thread as well, but they seem to find out first.

for us (we go on January 21st) it was $25.99/per Disney Adult - that is anyone 10 and over. I don't know off the top of my head for children.

I haven't stayed to the very end, but have stayed for a little while after the party was over. I'm guessing that if MK is open much later than the ending of the party, you can stay there and relax. After the fireworks, the party is pretty much over.
