DH broke his glasses this week. We ordered them right at a year ago - give or take a couple of weeks either way. So, I certainly didn't expect Zenni to give a refund or anything.

I ordered a pair of frames - DH's lenses were still in great condition and his rx isn't one that has changed much over the years. Anyway, I didn't put any info in for the lenses and in the notes I wrote that it was a replacement frame and no lenses were needed.

Today, I got an email stating they were refunding me half of the purchase price for the frames and $2 on the shipping!

So, Zenni gets two big thumbs up from me!
 
Thats great to hear, I've ordered from Zenni twice now & have been satisfied both times with the price & quality. The only problem I had was last year while at Fantasmic the wind was blowing so hard that the spray was soaking us & when I reached up to wipe my glasses, they broke in half:scared1: I had to wear my contacts for the rest of our trip. I couldn't wait 3 weeks to get my glasses so I bought frames from our local Walmart optical. They cost $75 which was what I paid for a complete pair from Zenni & I was told that if I bought a pair with the same lenses at Walmart, they would cost over $450. The ones that broke were over 1 year old so no replacement.
