I ordered from them, and think I really like their customer service.

Ordered heelys for my daughter on Sat. Came today, which I found very good, since yesterday was a holiday. Anyway, there was a problem w/ the shoes- the wheels didn't fit. Called them up, this afternoon- They are overnighting a new pair, and we will have them tommorrow.

Refreshing that they didn't need to wait for the return pair, before sending out the new ones.

Plus shipping to us, and return shipping at no charge.- Prob. something they offer a lot, but still a very good deal.

Really just a comment on the customer service. The shoes I bought was not the issue, but thanks for opening up that can of worms.

They are a shoe, w/ wheels in the heel part. Many don't like them, and think they are rude, and unsafe.

I have used Zappos several times....I agree their customer service is great!
They seem to ship very quickly. I once had to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit, Zappos pays for return shipping!

oh thats what they are called.... i am a teacher and i have to say that i am not found of them.... kids are zoomin all over school with them... i'm sure they are great to use, but not inside of a school.

Oh I agree- My kids school does not allow them, if the wheels are in. I prob. wouldn't allow them to wear them to school, even if they were. My oldest daughter has had them for awhile. She is not permitted to wear them anywhere where it is crowded.

I love Zappos.

Now that my 12 year old child has a foot exceeding a size 13, I am doubly passionate about them. I can get exactly what we are looking for.

I buy all my shoes there. Theie liberal (and free) return policy has proved benificial for me, and certainly profitable for them.

Yep, I ordered DS9 & DD7 Heely's on Sunday from Zappos.com and they came tonight at 5:45. The kids were so happy, everywhere around here had sold out and they thought it would take about 2 weeks for them to get here. I knew they were going to be here today but wanted to surprise them.

My Dad ordered DS a pair of Etnies from Zappo's for Christmas and liked them as well.

Oh, and yes, I've read all about Heely's. I'm not a big fan of them but "EVERYBODY at school got them for Christmas EXCEPT US!!!" Poor little things. They are paying for 1/2 with their Christmas money though. I will not let them wear them where they can become a nuisance.

I think I've posted about their customer service before. A while ago, DH ordered some bass shoes from them. Not even a month later the sole started ripping away from the top leather part. I emailed them and they refunded our money right away. We didn't even have to send the shoes back. They would have replaced them, but they were out of stock.

I love Zappos.com! I have been in need of a new pair of running shoes. I just don't have the time to go into the store, bring the shoes home, try them out on the treadmill, and then return them. So I ordered 5 pair from Zappos to the tune of almost $400. When I got them none of them worked for me, so I am going to return them, but in the meantime I have already ordered 5 more pair to try. No, I am not obsessed with finding the perfect pair, when I run I over-pronate so proper running shoes are really hard for me to find.

Gotta love free shipping and free returns! Plus if you find the shoe at a cheaper price on line they will match the price and give you and additional 10% off.
