Anyone use them lately? If so, how was the service. I haven't heard a great deal about then lately.
 
We have booked them for November. I'm getting a bit uneasy as nobody has commented on Yourride in quite a while.
 
We had a bad experience with them 1.5 years ago however, they are making up for it by giving me a complimentary ride in October, this comes 1.5 years AFTER and they are still willing to honor their commitment. I have heard a lot of good things lately so I am willing to give them another try and would definitely use them in the future if this trip goes well, which I expect it to do so.
 
We used Yourride last May, and they were wonderful. No problems at all.
 

We used them this month, Jim was our driver, excellent service picking us up and returning to the airport. :p
 
We booked with them in May and didn't have any problems :) Rabbitz called to confirm airport pickup the night before we left and our driver was waiting for us when we arrived at MCO. He was also on time at the hotel for our drop off :)
 
Just used them for our trip 8/22. Thom was prompt - at the airport and our hotel and also a pleasant man.

Will use them again for a future trip.

We used them for our July trip and they were great!!!! We had reserved a towncar but the driver showed up with a stretch limo!! My 5 yr. old DS was sooooooo excited!!!!!!!! It was a great start to our vacation!!!!

We have used their service for our last 3 trips and have always received excellent service!!!!! I will continue to use them!!!!!
 
We used them in May and had no problems at all.
Bob picked us up, and Thom brought us back to the airport. Very nice and courteous folks.
 
Used them in 1/03 w/ no problems at all...I don't know our drivers name...he was nice/prompt..but weaved stories he couldn't keep straight, which actually was a little amusing! But we have used them the last 4 or 5 times (can't remember the exact #) have had both Rabbitz (when a van was need), Dennis and Thom... and they have always been dependable. Always pleased w/ the service but I hope to have Thom again this time! Would not hesitate to recommend them...in fact, I always do!
 
BEWARE JUST BACK FROM WALT DISNEY WORLD AND THE WORD ON THE STREETS IS THAT THEY R HAVING TROUBLES,
THE VANS THEY USE FOR LARGE GROUPS HAVE BEEN REPOSSED BYE THE BANK.... WAS GIVEN THIS INFO BYE 2 DIFFERENT DRIVERS FROM TIFFANY TOWNCAR.

Not doubting your word on what you heard, but as far as Tiffany is concerned, they are the ones that are a little on the shady side according to other towncar services in that area. I think its a Tiffany vs. all the other towncar services kind of mentality down there.
In Yourride's defense, we used them in Dec and was very satisfied. Rabbit was great! We will use them again this Dec.

Good ol' Jim picked us up at MCO Wednesday and this morning at WL!
 
We used them This Past May. Not sure about using them in the future.
The pick up was great, and the driver was very friendly and helpful.
But he didnt have all the correct information about our where we were staying, and the dates.

He dropped us off at the Polynesian, and we moved to the Beachclub for the last part of the week. The driver took down all the info I already gave YOURRIDE when I set up the reservation.

When it came time for the pickup at the Beqachclub, there was no driver there. I waited a while, and eventually called. Whoever answered the phone, found the driver, and told them to go to the Beachclub, he was at at the Polynesian, waiting for us.

Glad I had the number with me to call.

I might use them again, on trips when I don't transfer resorts. but somewhere along the way, they lost all of our reservation info, twice!

Oh well, maybe next time, I'm going to keep reading people opinions until our Next trip in December.
 
i know that tiffany drivers own there cars and r actually subs
Tiffany is like booking agent... and they get percentage

dont know if it is true or not but did anybody order A VAN
for a large group and not picked up in Van ??????????

I really don't know who told you about the bank "Reposing the Vans "But that's not true". And as far as Tiffany, When you start to get there work because of all the bad word on the street people say a lot things about you Company. Do there drivers speak English now!!

Yourride using sub-contractors as well....Our last driver owned his car and was a sub contractor. When Rabbit had taken us to the Port he also had mentioned most of his drivers owned their own cars. I think that is how it usually works...so I'm not sure how the whole company could be reposed...maybe an individual but not a whole company...Sorry to see you go Rabbit..I wasn't aware that you sold the business...I'm assuming it is still in good hands.


BY THE WAY....IT IS "BY THE BANK" NOT "BYE THE BANK" UNLESS YOU ARE WAVING. AND IT'S "TOLD" NOT "TOLLED"...NOT THAT I'M AN ENGLISH TEACHER AND I REALIZE WE ALL MAKE TYPOS BUT THAT WAS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!
 
Just used yourride this past week (9/2-9/7) for both pickup from and return to the airport. Great Service!! We had 8 people in our party so we had gotten the stretch limo and Jimmy was our driver both ways. Since we were staying in a villa at Disney we stopped for groceries before heading to the resort and I'm sure we went over our alloted 30 minutes, but no complaints from Jimmy :) (and no extra fee!). He was also kind enough to stop at a convenience store on the way to the airport for our return trip (us Jersey folks couldn't resist the cheap florida cigarette prices, LOL). I would highly recommend the service again. Hopefully we'll be back soon and in need of their service :)

Please say it aint so. We are coming down in Dec. and would very much like to have used your service. Please PM me if you are starting a new service and just cant let it be known here, cause we will give you our business. If not we are VERY sorry to see you go. Other folks who posted untruths about Yourride were sadly mistaken, or just assumed from heresay that they were being truthful. You WERE the best!
