It's taken about a week but I have read all your trip reports! They are so fun to read. Can't wait to read more!

Also good for you for switching schools. I was one of those that went not exactly sure what I wanted to do. I went to university for social work and after 2 years I realized that I did to want to be a social worker. I stayed and finished,y general BA and then did the next thing I could think of that I should do. I went to teachers college. I graduated 4 years ago. for the next four years I have worked as a nanny while trying to get onto my local schoolboard. It seems I may have finally done that. But in truth I don't want to teach. I want to own my own business doing event planning, or own a children's indoor playground, but those cost money I don't have so hopefully after a year of supply teaching I can start college part time to do something I really want. I would love to stay a nanny but it just doesnT pay enough. So in short good for you for going with your gut and making the change

Hello, everyone! Wow, it's been a really long time since I have updated! I'm sorry about that! College life has been getting crazy - class all day, homework and eating and hanging out with friends all night, no sleeping... you know. The usual. But I mean, it's a lot of fun. I am LOVING it - I'm so so soooo glad I transferred. Everything is really working out great!

I'm home for the weekend here so I wanted to get a couple updates up since I actually have a good internet connection. (YAY!!!!!) So I hope you enjoy!

And oh boy, I am realizing that I am still on the FIRST night of the FIRST trip. This is seriously going to be the never ending trip report, I hope you all don't mind!

Chapter 10: Christmas Castle Stage Show Part 1
December 6th, 2011

After the parade was over we made our way to Main Street USA. Time for more castle pictures!

It was just so beautiful!

Here's Me! I was extremely happy to be there, you have no idea.

And here's my Mom!

We grabbed a spot for the 11:20 pm Castle Stage Show! We sat RIGHT in front - it was the perfect seat.

The stage looked so pretty!

There was confetti on the ground from the previous show. It looked so cool!

There was this little girl sitting next to us and she was SO cute. She was wearing a white dress and she was dancing and waving to all of the characters. She actually ran under the rope that was blocking the guests from getting to the castle stage, so a Cast Member had to bring her back to her Mom! LOL oh children. They crack me up.

Alright, so it's time for a picture montage again. I don't have the soundtrack to this show on my iPod, so I don't have lyrics this time. Just random side comments. But I'm sure that plus the pictures will satisfy you enough!

Deer are just the BEST ANIMAL! Lol side note.. in my Physical Theatre class at school we had to pick an animal to be. Yes, I picked a deer. What a great choice.

This show was really adorable and I'm glad we got to see it. I usually don't stop for the Castle shows but this was worth it. My favorite song was "Mr. Santa" because it sounded like that "Mr. Sandman" song. Too cute. There was such high energy from the performers even though it was so late at night. I wished I could be up on that stage SO bad, they all looked like they were having the time of their life! The storyline and song selection were really well presented. And also, there were not a lot of people at the 11:20 pm show... so it was a relaxing way to wind down the night.

But you know us. WE'RE NEVER DONE! The day was not over yet!

The other day I was thinking about how much I missed Disney and I remembered oh I haven't checked for a new trip report from you and your Christmas trip and I found you!! I love your TRs! We went for Thanksgiving but when my kids get a little older I know we will start going for Christmas.

I loved the story about someone recognizing you. I have to be honest when I was there I thought wouldn't it be awesome if I saw one of the frumps!

And it is perfectly fine with me if your report goes on forever so I can get my Disney fix!

I KNOW, RIGHT!? I need to live there. It's not even funny. 10 days is PERFECT. Because you basically do get to live there. I think we stayed for... 12 days for the second trip? It was absolutely heavenly. Best experience of my life.

Well it was a main focus on the face for that animal... VERY wide eyes and jerking head movements where I look somewhere and just stare. I had to be nervous and skiddish. And I also pretended to eat some grass.
