I wanted to start this thread because I am positive there are many other stories out there... and I want to hear them!
We were standing in line for Pirates of the Caribbean. We were the next to board when the boats broke down. I asked the cast member if they were required to know the words to the song, "A Pirate's Life For Me." He stated that it was not required, but strongly encouraged. My friend and I looked at each other, and each of us had the "Spock-like" raised eyebrow, the ****-eating grin, and knew we had struck on the same idea at the same time.
Well, like the 5 year old rowdy hellions we become at Disneyland, we burst into the "Pirate" song at the top of our lungs... once the shock wore off, the cast member heartily joined in. All three of us wrapped arms around each others shoulders, swayed in time, and sang our lungs out. The people in line were laughing, but started to join in too. The "Yo Ho" chorus was rocking the rafters. Everyone in line "linked" together, swayed, and sang. The people stuck in the boats also joined in and we had the place jumping.
It was a total hoot
... and when the boats started again after our second lyrical round... the place was full of good cheer and smiles all around.
