I learned on here (Dis) that you can have your child's silhouette done at MK. So, we hope to do that when we go. Don't know if it has been mentioned.

I changed from Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique to Harmony because my DD has all the dresses already and she doesn't like her hair pulled back tightly (she has ultra curly long hair) and so I made her an appointment there just before MNSSHP. It is a fraction of BBB.

THIS IS THE BEST RIDE STRADEGY EVER ! ! ! When you are at Disney's Animal Kingdom and you want to ride Expedition Everest, don't go in the stand-by line, even if your in a group of 4 or more. GO TO THE SINGLE RIDERS LINE ! ! ! You will wait no more than 5 minutes to ride the ride. Even if there are 4 of you, you will most likely be on the same train, just in different rows, you can literally ride it 6 times in one hour!

When you show up early to stake out a spot for a parade, pick out a place where you are just barely inside the tape markings, where the tape intersects with a large wall or other tall, immoveable object. Park your gang just inside the tape, as close against the obstacle as possible while still being comfortable. That way, people can only try to jostle and cut in front of you from one side, which is much easier to block/defend (politely of course).

Rude and inconsiderate people will STILL show up late and sit or stand directly in front of you - but the great thing is, if they're on the wrong side of the tape, the CM's will make them move. DON'T BUDGE if these people act like you should squeeze back for them. If you're occupying a reasonable amount of space for your group's size, then just fold your arms, look the other way and ignore them. Or give them a dumb, blank stare which says, without saying anything, "OK sure I'll let you in ... when the Seven Seas Lagoon freezes over and the Grand Floridian rents skates and toboggans."

I'm not the OP, but Harmony is the Harmony Barber shop near the MK entrance. It's a great alternative to the BBB!
