We are planning our 2nd trip to Disney next June. We are SOOO excited, but as I start to plan my itinerary, I'm getting a little worried that some of the "magic" will not be there. Oh, please don't misunderstand me...magic abounds the in land of pixie dust...no matter HOW many times you've been...but we had the PERFECT vacation last spring and I'm afraid the next one just won't live up to it.
We're staying in a different resort (POFQ) whereas we stayed at CR last time. The lack of the monorail will drive me crazy, but I'm so excited about the POFQ and the boat to DTD. I'm also trying to plan "different" activities and different restaurants, but then I get sucked into wanting to do the same things.
How were YOUR 2nd trips? Let downs or just as magical as the first time? Any suggestions on how to approach this trip?

The best way to approach WDW again with a young child is to make an itenerary. Decide which parks you want to go to and which attractions you want to see the most. Try not to do commando style days as it can be very tiring for your dd. Try to allow some "down" time in the afternoon on some days so she can rest (and you too).
We did some of our favorite things but tried many new things and have just added to our favorite list. In fact, our second trip was so successful that we have been fortunate enough to be able to schedule our our next trip in Dec. and we are as excited as the first time.
If you really enjoy WDW you will have a great time.

Even though I just got back, I am hopeful that I will get back soon.
