Young Avengers Manor RP

All my characters: They finished up their homework.

Nancy: She walked into the kitchen and sat down. "School was interesting I guess. Though I have a feeling I'm going to be begging for a mission in a few days..."

Phil: He laughed and sat next to her. "Ditto, though we ever know what we might find. Or if we'll be tangled in our parent's (or SHIELD's) situations."

Nancy: "Good point, though I'm not sure how bad it can get after the Battle of New York."

OOC: So are we gonna have the movie stuff incorporated into this thread, or I had a few ideas earlier, or just have them hang around the house most of the time?

Raven: "I'm already wishing for a mission," she said from the counter.

OOC: IDK. I'm fine with them just hanging out. Again, we've got timeline issues.

Hope: After her gamma testing, she found a note on her mirror and read it quickly. She smiled and shook her head. "Only a Stark."

OOC: Me too, especially since we're just starting out sorta. The Iron Man stuff happens at Christmas (if we do it at all), and the Thor the Dark World events could happen anytime. What did the note say?

Nancy: "I hope we get the chance to work together. The others have at camp, but we've just met."

OOC: What happened to the key stuff? Do the new characters have them too?

I'm about to get to the note. Relax, have some patience.

Hope: She walked out and found Penny and/or Eli. "Listen to this:

Dear Mini Bruce,

I'm sure your first day at school was eventful, but I'm pretty sure you didn't get up to anything too mischievous (but probably fun) like blow something up in a science experiment or get caught skipping class with a certain Barton.

Anyway, I've taken the liberty of signing you up for group therapy anger management classes. I think it will be helpful. Your father disagrees, but he seems to disagree with every fun and/or amazing idea I come up with. I think your father has been spending too much time with Steve.

Anyway, they're on Wednesdays (tonight btw) and Saturdays at 7 pm, and they're at your school, so you should be able to get there. Jarvis should be able to tell you more if you really need but it seems pretty straight forward to me.

Love (and don't go Hulk Smash on me),

Your Rich and Fabulous Uncle Tony
"

OOC: I feel like Bruce and Tony would be really close.

I got this, I guess image, in my head of Tony, Bruce and Steve being as close as brothers and all living as single parents on the same floor in this apartment building and they would be Uncle Tony, Uncle Bruce and Uncle Steve to the kids.

Uncle Bruce would be the quiet, smart one that would be the best at reading bedtime stories and the one who would help with homework and projects, though sometimes Tony might help with science fair projects. He would be the one who would sit up with you at midnight or early in the morning with hot chocolate or milk and cookies or a sandwich or a different midnight snack when you had a nightmare or needed to rant or talk to someone about something. Bruce would also probably be the best one to go to for advice and the one you could tell secrets to. He's the one to have a secret sense of humor and helps the kids annoy Steve and Tony when they're being annoying or Bruce wants revenge.

Uncle Steve would be the rule follower, the one best at discipline, as unless you got him really mad you could probably just give Bruce puppy dog eyes and he'd cave in and you'd get out of trouble and Tony probably thinks you learn more from experience. Steve would also be the one to go to the parent-teacher conferences and get on to you about grades. But he'd also go to your plays or games or meets or recitals or concerts and whatever. He'd be the one to make sure you have what you need and be the one to take you to the doctor and dentist when you needed to go. He'd be the one to storm into the principal's office and do something if he found out you were being bullied at school. He would be the one that would talk to his daughter's boyfriend when he comes to pick her up non her first date and threaten to kill him if he messes with her.

Uncle Tony would be the relaxed one. He'd be the funny one that would tease the heck out of you, and the one that would want to know all about your crush and your first kiss and your first date. He'd poke fun at Steve all the time, no matter where you were, to the point of really angering Steve. He'd spoil you and let you get away with most anything, and if you ever broke something, especially if it was important to you, he'd be the one to fix it. He would probably be the most accepting one if you messed up bad, and the one most willing to sit down and talk things out. He would be very lenient to let you go out with your friends or to that party, but he'd also be having Jarvis tracking you and keeping an eye on you. He'd be the one to get most excited about holidays and want to decorate for every one. He'd argue with Steve a lot more than he'd argue with Bruce, because Steve would call Tony irresponsible and Tony would call Steve overbearing.

OOC: Cool XD Loving the note

And Nancy would probably get a kick out of overhearing that conversation between PC Jr. and Steve...

OOC Love the note and the part about Steve threatening the boyfriend made me crack up XD I can totally imagine Tony writing that

Penny: She gave a small smile as she listened to the note. "It seems he's 'taken the liberty' without asking you- are you okay with them? I'm sure we can get you out of the classes if you don't want them."

OOC Penny's definitely more like Pepper

Eli: "Should we call him?"

Hope: She shook her head vigorously. "No, don't get involved. I'm, fine, I know he means well, and honestly it's kind of amusing. I'll go to the first one and if I end up hating it I just won't go to the others."

Penny: Penny grinned. "Yeah," she agreed. "Overall he usually means well."

Hope: She nodded. "Yeah, I get it."

Eli: "So there're horses in our backyard?"

Phil: "Hey, Nancy, do you want to spar again? I think I'm getting rusty..."

Nancy: She laughed. "Sure. " They went to a practice room.
