Thora and Gordon: they walked behind everyone else. Girls were staring at Gordon and giggling, and guys were staring at Thora and making comments or whistling. They both lowered their heads and kept walking.

June: she walked, separate from the group, her head held high.

Nancy: She flipped through her papers, looking up occasionally at other students. She stayed near Mike.

Eli: He just kept walking casually, acting normal.

Hope: It was very awkward, so she tended to stick with Jay in the halls and on the stairs.

Mike: "Well. This is interesting," he said in an undertone to the group.

Raven: "Relax and act like you're supposed to be here," she muttered at them. She was actually ignoring the students and doing a good job of it.

Jay: It was a little uncomfortable with everyone looking at them, but if a bunch of new kids came to his school, he'd do the same. It didn't seem much different here than his old high school. Poor Hope. He got closer and held her hand.

Evelyn: She quickly got over the looks. This wasn't too bad. The worst part was seeing her friends so distressed. Evelyn nodded at Mike's and Raven's comment. "Well here we are. Room twenty-three, Mr. Stamos." They all walked in.

Jay: It was a little uncomfortable with everyone looking at them, but if a bunch of new kids came to his school, he'd do the same. It didn't seem much different here than his old high school. Poor Hope. He got closer and held her hand.

Evelyn: She quickly got over the looks. This wasn't too bad. The worst part was seeing her friends so distressed. Evelyn nodded at Mike's and Raven's comment. "Well here we are. Room twenty-three, Mr. Stamos." They all walked in.

Raven: "Thanks Evelyn." She strode in, head held high.

Mike: He walked in casually, looking for the teacher.

Hope: She took a deep breath and attempted to look confident as she walked in.

Gordon and Thora: they walked into the room. They were terrified about this whole thing, they weren't educated the same ways as everyone else. They didn't learn about math, they learned battle tactics and what to do to heal yourself from a frost giant's touch. This was not going to be fun.

June: she walked in casually. "It's okay." She whispered to the scared twins.

Gordon: he looked up. "T-thank you."

Mr. Stamos: He knew his students were interested in the 13 new classmates, he already had 20 students so 13 almost doubled his class size. However he would keep them under control. "Class, come in and sit down please!"

Mike and Raven: Having been to public school either recently or at all, they sat down, knowing the drill.

Hope: Se was more hesitant, after being homeschooled all her life.

Mr. Stamos: "Hello class, welcome to another year at Buffalo High. If you're new, hi, I'm Mr. Stamos, welcome to our school, if you need anything don't hesitate to ask. I'm going to call roll. When I call your name, just raise your hand and say either Here or Present, and if you have something you go by, like a nickname, just tell me. Leslie Adams?"

Leslie Adams: "Here!"

Mr. Stamos: "Nathan Anderson?"

Nathan Anderson: "Here!"

Mr. Stamos: "Makayla Austin?"

Makayla Austin: "Present!"

Mr. Stamos: "Joshua Avery?"

Josh Avery: "Here! I go by Josh."

Hope: She gingerly raised her hand. "Um, here?"

Mr. Stamos: "Ah, one of the new faces! Nice to meet you Hope. Kevin Berry?"
