Well, we were all right about Noah being SOARS while at camp this summer.

Somebody better call a doctor, STAT! Noah Newman from "The Young and the Restless" has caught an acute case of SORAS -- that mysterious TV condition otherwise known as Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome.

Last played by 12-year-old actor Hunter Allan, Noah was sent off to summer camp on June 9. Looks like that was the official end of his childhood ...

When Noah returns to Genoa City on August 13, Nick and Sharon's son will be played by Kevin Schmidt. Who's about to turn 20. LOL! What could that camp be putting in the juice boxes at their canteen, we wonder?

Kevin is best known for playing one of the Baker kids in "Cheaper by the Dozen" and "Cheaper by the Dozen 2," which co-starred Steve Martin, Bonnie Hunt, Hilary Duff, and Tom Welling from "Smallville."

This is just to much!! I guess the Y&R is goin gto be bringing in new actors now. He is going to need others to interact with.

I agree - why did they even bother showing David at all yesterday? He was really just dismissed rather quickly.

What made Victoria forgive Sabrina and suddenly decide she wasn't after her dad's money? I know she learned Jack wrote the article, but why would that change anything? She was angry with Sabrina long before the article was written.

I was thinking the same EXACT thing while watching - have no idea why they changed anything in Victoria's mind about Sabrina. Her feeling so bad about the way she had been treating Sabrina made no sense to me.

Also, please please PLEASE tell me that Paul and Nikki are going to get together? He looks at her with the googly eyes and it is so annoying!

Okay I know a lot of people like her...but I just dont. Phyllis. I think she looks more like Nick's mother than wife.

It certainly looked like they were playing up the "friendship" between Paul and Nikki; now that would be an awkward pairing.

And, you can count me as another person who doesn't like Phyllis. Considering the things she does over the course of her lifetime on that show, she's pretty judgemental!

And are they now going to consider him 20? How do they explain that? Or is he just a 20 year old playing a 16yr.old? Which doesn't make much sense either. Why can't the kids on soap operas just age normally?

Oh, I love Phyllis, aka Michele Stafford. I think she is a fab actress on Y&R. I have been watching her since her very first days on Y&R!!! How does she stay so thin all these years??

Even if they "pretend" Noah is only 15; then that would mean Nick WAS 15 when he was born?! I just can't stand that they do this.

Seriously Y & R writers need to look to the DIS when they are writing as this very thread started July 2006 with the speculation of "Who is Summer's father...Nick or Jack" and we are suppose to buy in that she is 4 now!! Come on!!

Paul and Nikki have a romantic history....years ago when they were both in their late teens. They were played by the same actors too! To be honest, it was probably over 25 years ago!

I agree about Phyllis looking like Nick's mother. How old is Daniel supposed to be?

Oh and Chloe photoshopped her sonogram to make it look like it was taken today, and she tried to give it to Lily, who tore it up and threw it back at her. Then she told Amber she was pregnant with Cane jr, and told her to do the same to get Daniel back. She said been there done that, it doesn't work!
