Do you know how lucky you are?!?!:teeth:
So, tell me, what have you planned so far? :hyper:

(I need to get another hobby...)

SO far I have my room only reservation for the Contemporary... anyone else

I'm a planner, I live for notebooks...

we've booked our room at pofq, flights, ddp and flights from home to london.

I'm sorting out our adrs, first up, this week!! (yay, it makes it seems closer) we want to book for the spirit of aloha!

we're also planning to book a carriage ride and horseback ride (if they can take dh, he's got special needs)

as soon as we can do our other dinings reservations we'll do them too... I only feel happy when I'm organised :rotfl:

Well I just got my video in the mail today!! So I will be watching that tonite to start the plan- oh who am I kidding I know what we will do- but I like to watch it anyway.

Going 6/21 through 6/28 at the BC. Have every day planned for EMH, etc. and what parks we will be at. Have every meal planned and have all ADR's made where necessary. And yes, I do know how lucky our family is.

For our November trip: made campsite reservation earlier this month, am buying tickets next month (yay tax refund!), and just today made out my budget for what I need to save between now and then (part-time job, anyone?!!).

Does anyone know if there is a new planning video out yet, or is it still last year's?

Can you tell me if it is a new dvd for 2006 or is it the dvd from 2005? Thanks

Our room is booked POP June 14th-21st, booked our rental car this weekend...got a good deal at Alamo thanks to a fellow diser. Have 3 ADR's booked. Crystal Palace breakfast because I love EEYORE. Sci-Fi on Father's day, and WHhispering Canyon for breakfast on our last full day. We are considering booking Grand Gathering Fireworks cruise, but not sure yet. And I am excitedly waiting to see if rumors are true about character breakfast w/ Tinkerbell as my dd (14) LOVES her. :wizard: :wizard: OH June, hurry up! Airfare is not booked yet, waiting for flights to be scheduled. :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Well, we just got our docs for our trip next month. It is paid in full, plane tix are bought, KTTK tour paid for, and all of our ADR's are done. It is all nicely stored in our PassPorter.

Trip in Aug, we have plane tix bought and deposit on the rest. We have our list of ADR's all ready to go and Hoop de Doo is reserved. Everything is all neatly stored in our spare PassPockets, which are waiting their turn to go in the book.

This is actually the most "planned" we have ever been. Typically we don't even make ADR's!

WE are going Oct.2-9.It will be me,my parents and my kids(then they will be 2,7,9,10 yrs old).DH can't go. :guilty: The first night will be at Movies then we have a package booked at CBR for the remainder that includes Dining. We will drive to get there (only 8 hrs). :) I think I know where we will be eating but I am not sure which days we will be at each park.I make the ADRs in April.

I KNOW we are extremely lucky. This trip is to celebrate my father surviving after the DRs had told us to tell him Good-bye last July. And he has lost 150 lbs in the last year and is still losing weight. :cheer2:

Yes, I think I know how lucky I am! We decided to plan this trip only two weeks ago. We will be going to WDW from 3/3 - 3/10.

Plans so far.....

Airline booked
Hotel booked - Wilderness Lodge - first time in a Deluxe hotel
Character breakfast at AK booked. Dinner at Chef Mickeys booked. Dinner at WCC in WL booked. I need to call up after I'm done typing to book another character breakfast - at the Ohana for our last day.

I've got a "calendar" started with what day we'll go where. We need to go to MGM first because my 5 year old found out that Power Rangers do a meet & Greet there. He'd freak out if we didn't go there first thing, so we are braving the crowds on ESPN weekend (wish us luck :drinking1) We also want to see Fantasmic at MGM one night because we've never seen it (my boys saw it on the planning video, which by the way is probably the 2005 still) and now they HAVE to see the fireworks display with wizard Mickey.

I don't want to overschedule us, but I know it's better to make a reservation just in case vs. winging it and not being able to get into a restaurant.

Hope you had a great time in Disneyland. I've never been there. :)

I'm not only lucky, but still a little amazed. :) The first time I took DD to WDW, I really thought it was to get the obligatory WDW trip out of the way. We both had such a great time! I didn't think we'd go back, but I have been lucky/frugal enough to save money enough for us to return.

Right now, I'm planning 2 short trips.

1 - I have to go to LA on business in Feb and since DD has that week off from school, I'm bringing her with me and have extended our trip for a couple of days at DL. We'll be at the Paradise Pier. I've only been to DL once - like a decade ago - and DD has never been.

2 - We're making our first quick trip to WDW in March because I got a deal on tickets and need to use them at least partially so that the rest her ticket will still be good when she flips up to being an adult. Well, I got a good room deal and an excellent airfare, so the ticket thing is more of an excuse. LOL. We'll see how we do with a quick trip instead of our usual leisurely trip. My guess is she'd rather go than not. :)

Best part? DD has no idea that either of these trips are happening. I am about to bust knowing the secret and trying to decide when and how to tell her. :)

We're leaving in 9 days. Pretty much have everything done. Have plane tix, hotel reservations, most of the adr's, just got our magical express info, cirque tix, reservations for Keys to the Kingdom and Behind the seeds tours. Just need to make a few more adr's for breakfast. We're doing the premium plan, so I may add horseback riding and water skiing, but not sure yet - it may be too late.

I just rented points from a wonderful DVC member for the BWV in Dec 06. I have a loooonnnng time to wait.

We leave in 2 weeks! I never really plan anything except ADRs and we only go to Epcot, so there's not much to plan. (we do go to the Magic Kingdom for about a couple of hours :rotfl: )

*Booked our airfare less than a week ago.
*Made our room reservations less than a week ago. We'll be staying at the Boardwalk Inn, a standard room. It's our first time staying there. :)
*I made our ADRs yesterday and got all the exact times I wanted. :cheer2:
Our ADRs are:
Les Chefs de France @ 6pm for Feb. 10th
Restaurant Marrakesh @ 6pm for Feb. 11th
Alfredo's @ 2pm for Feb. 12th
Les Chefs de France @ 2pm for Feb. 13th

Here's a hobby for you, plan my trip! :rotfl2:

Ok, what we have so far. Leaving Monday morning (Jan. 30th) by car. Arriving late Jan. 31st. Staying at the ASMo. Going to the 5 PM dinner at Hoop Dee Doo on Feb. 1 and lunch at CRT on Feb 4th (my 40th Birthday!!!! :cheer2: ). Staying until Feb. 8th. That's it. All I have planned. I feel overwelmed, but trying not to let it bother me. I have been short on time and JUST started packing last night. It will be me, my DH, DD4 and DS2. Some of it we have to wing because of the 2yo. Everyone says don't go to MK first but I'm not sure I can keep myself away....try explaining to 4 yo princess freak that you aren't going to see Cinderella's castle first!

Oh well, no planning...what's the worse that can happen? We're still going to WDW in 4 days! :cloud9:

Four night cruise on the Wonder, August 27, 2006 and then three nights at the Beach Club with dining, I'm more excited about the dining then anything else, wierd. Can't wait to make the ADR's, now if we could only all agree on where to eat. ;)

Oh, you will love the surprise part of all of this! We surprised our DD11 and DS7 with the Disneyland trip--it was the best part of the trip. (Okay, second best--Disneyland with the best! :sunny: )
