we changed both of ours around the time the AP rates came out and both somehow got" lost" . It took the CM 1 hr and someone else on the line to finally get to it. she said she could see it was "active" but could not get to it. ( that was for Vero beach) and the Pop Century one wasn't right either. She said they have been having a hard time with the new computer system so you might want to check if you made or changed them around the beginning of Dec ( unless we just have a giant black cloud over our heads
)

I booked online for FW on 26DEC and never received an email
confirmation. I finally called last night and the CM on the phone said she saw where I looked at the info, but did not show it confirmed. I had confirmation number and notice where they charged my deposit. It took her about 15 min after talking to
guest services to verify all was O.K. She is supposed to be sending me a confirmation by so I feel better.

I am soooo glad I called !!!!!

I am still nervous about the POP res.since they were supposed to take 3 days off the ressies ( arriving later) and instead they put 3 on the *end* so we would have gotten there and had no ressies and nothing to prove we changed it since I still have not received a modified one for that. I would have them fax me one but my stinkin fax machine is going nuts and refusing to receive anything!I hope I get one while we are at Vero and can have the kids fax it to WDW from staples if need be


but not worried enough not to plan on having FUNNN!!

I don't thinkI have anything that color ( at least not *yet*!) but if I can't find anything I try to spot you! guess that means the trip is on for you for sure ( hooray!)
