"Kanine Krunchies Can't Be Beat They Make Each Meal a Special Treat"​

*M'kay, so I completely forgot that we actually explored our resort after we got back from MK!!!*
As I have said before, Laura's favorite movie ever since she has been old enough to watch movies has been 101 Dalmatians! Therefore, it was only fitting for her to get pictures with her favorite pooches!

Laura prides herself in knowing the Kanine Krunchies commercial jingle by heart! She'll say it so fast it sounds she's on fast forward and it gets me every time!

Before you judge, remember all 11 posts you just read about this LOOONG day Sleep deprivation is the understatement of the century!!

This section is truely adorable! The stair case is SO cool

In the main building, they had 2 spotlight movies one being Star Wars! I knew I would like this resort!

They also had the Muppets!

After we refilled our mugs and checked out the gift shop, we went back to the room got ready for bed and I uploaded some pictures and watched Disney Channel while I waited for everyone else to go to bed! we went right to sleep in the 12:00-1:00 hour!​

"Hey! You Got a Scrunchie?!"​

We woke up today at 7:00 and got ready! Then we left our room and went to the food court. It was time for another Disney first, MICKEY WAFFLES!!!

It was heavenly! By far the best waffle I have eaten in a while! My bacon was typical Disney bacon, good but a little floppy. I also got a bottle of water. Laura and Autumn got Omelets and potatoes! They really liked theirs too and Nanny just got some coffee.

After eating, we went out for a bus it pulled up in about 5 minutes and away we went!

We arrived in Epcot the lines were CRAZY we got through bag check in about 5 minutes but it took 15 to scan our bands! There were times when we weren't moving at all! I'm not sure what the hold up was because when we got up there we just scanned and went right on! We had Spaceship Earth FP but the stand by was only 5 minutes! I tried to edit my FP but there weren't any available so we just went on. (Another wasted FP....)

I REALLY liked this ride believe it not! I am a history junkie so this was perfect for me! I would LOVE to do a behind the scenes tour of this ride sometime!! Nanny and I were together with Laura and Autumn in front of us.

We left SE and took a picture in front of the fountain of nations!

The we went into Mouse Gear! We just looked around for a couple minutes, I knew I wanted a sweatshirt but I didn't see any that tickled my fancy! We decided to see if we could get onto Test Track! the Standby was 60 mins but the Single Rider was only 10!! We ran in that line and stepped right up to the kiosk to create our cars! Mine

Laura"s (I *THINK*)

We tried to place ourselves to that I was in front of Autumn and Laura Behind her. But we got placed with Autumn in the very front so I had to run and switch places with her! Thankfully the CM who was watching didn't say anything and let it slide!

Test Track was great!! I loved the end although, for a minute there I thought we were going to slam into the doors that lead outside! The family that i was riding with were pretty great too! I sat by the Dad and my hair was flying everywhere and it was whipping him in the face at the end. So, one we stopped he said to his daughter “"Got a hair scrunchie? Because she could use one!”" After TT I went to the gift shop and got antenna toppers for Rachel and I!

Since the World Showcase still wasn't open, I thought it would be a good time to head to the EPCOT Character spot!! It was actually a pretty good decision because it was only a 15 minute wait! And they have cartoons to entertain you while you wait!!​

The Funky Luck Continues...​

First was the main Mouse!! I met him first and he saw my pen and showed me that Minnie was his love (AWWW!) and then I told him he was my favorite and he gave me a kiss Mickey Mouse is pretty much the cutest thing E. V. E. R.

Mickey loved Autumn's ears!

Next was the goofster!! YAAAHOOOOOYYY (Did i spell it right?!) I actually just got a picture with Goofy and ran I'm not sure if I said anything to him!

Minnie liked my pen too! Too bad it WENT OUT (SERIOUSLY?!) I don't remember breaking a mirror but I must have because I've got some funky luck!

Minnie liked Autumn's ears too! They look just like her man's!!

We said goodbye and it was finally time to go to the World Showcase! I was VERY excited because when I came last time I took boat to Morocco ate lunch, took a boat back and left HOW?! I ask myself this everyday! We headed in the direction of Mexico but saw the Duffy was meeting! I grabbed Autumn and pulled her into his line while Nanny and Laura went to get her an autograph book.

We were only a couple family's back but had to wait quite a while because Duffy had to go get cookies!​

Thanks! When I was in college, I was one of about six Asians on our small campus, so it turned into a joke that I was a ninja. The nickname just stuck!

Haha! And YES Test Track was amazing! I can't remember if I mentioned that was my first time ever on the ride! It's crazy how you can read 100 trip reports about a ride or a show but until you actually experience it, you can't fully appreciate it!

It's Time to Bake Baby Bake!!​

This weekend I decided to try my hand at some recipes from food in the parks! I had a sleepover with Bailee and I wanted her to try them!) I just want to make clear that these are copy cat recipes and NOT cloning recipes, I knew this when I made them and didn't have my hopes too high for them to be exact
Recipe #1: The Grey Stuff
I found the recipe here
Ingredients:
1 (3.4 ounce) pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 1/2 cups Whole (or 2%) Milk
15 Oreos (regular, not double-stuffed)
1 (8 ounce) tub Whipped Topping
3 tablespoons Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
Edible Pearl Sprinkles
Step 1: Make the vanilla pudding as directed on the box. Put it in the fridge for 5 minutes.

Put the Oreos in a food processor and blend until there are no chunks left.

Step 3: Take your set up vanilla pudding and mix in your Oreo crumbs! (Try not to eat too many )
Step 4: Fold in the tub of whipped topping (It helps if it's been sitting out for 10 minutes or so)

Step 5: Add in the chocolate pudding mix

It will look like this:

Step 6: Place in the fridge for an hour.
Step 7: Put into an icing bag with a tip (I like putting the bag in a cup when I fill it)

Then put about 3 TBS on a small plate/cup to serve.

Step 8: Add some edible pearls and you're all done!

This is what it looks like compared to the grey stuff at Be Our Guest

The copy cat recipe had more of a mousse texture while the real stuff had more of an icing texture! Both were very yummy but, definitely not the same thing! I think next time I will add maybe a little vanilla icing instead of so much Cool Whip and see if that helps! (Also It makes about 6 cups of the Grey Stuff so there's plenty to share!)
Recipe #2: Magic Cookie Bar

(Picture credit to www.disneyfoodblog.com) The Magic Cookie Bar is found at Wilderness Lodge! I got the recipe from disneyfreak508 but it looks like the food blog has almost the exact same recipe. Also, I have never had the magic cookie bar so I can't compare it to anything but this was DELICIOUS I can't imagine what the real thing taste like!
Ingredients:
Pan Spray
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 1/3 cup flaked sweetened coconut
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup pecan halves, chopped (Can be substituted for Oreos or M&M's)
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place the butter in the pan and in the oven until it's melted.
Step 2: Once it's melted take it out and spread the graham crackers evenly across the bottom

Step3: Spread the can of condensed milk over that

Step 4: Then add the chips, coconut and nuts (Optional),
Step 5ress it all down and bake for 20-25 minutes. We decided to do half a cup of butterscotch chips and M&M's instead of a full cup of butterscotch (Next time I will just do all butterscotch chips)

Ours was completely done in 20 minutes. We took it out and let it cool for about half an hour before we cut it. (It doesn't get an A+ for presentation but it does does for taste! )

Just make sure you have a glass of milk with this one it's RICH!!

If any of you have any better recipes (or other good WDW recipes) or try these let me know! I'd love to hear how it turns out for you! ​

*Update: Make sure you share this with MANY MANY friends! I was stuck home with it and I had to end up throwing it out but not after I ate about 3/4th of it!*

I'm in the UK and our units of measurement are different to yours so I guessed a bit with the amounts and got it wrong! I didn't use enough butter so it didn't all stick together . I'm going to give it another go because they are my all time favourite snack from WDW, I brought two home with me last time xx

Well.. THAT Could Have Ended Badly! Almost Death by School Bread! Eeek!!​

We finally made it up to him and I realized how much I truly love Duffy Bear! Think I had enough stuff hanging off of me?! Maybe next time I'll reconsider the term "Pack Light" LOL (Okay sorry I look so RATCHET Why didn't someone tell me I needed HELP)

He's just so ADORABLE

We got back to Laura and Nanny and they were eating possibly the coolest candy existence! It's really too bad I don't like chocolate mint because these were so cute!

Before we moved on, Laura wanted to take me into the gift shop to show me this sweatshirt that she thought I would like! I checked it out and decided to come back if I didn't see anything else! On to Mexico!

We went in and went to our very first KidCot Fun Stop! I decided to get my stamps on a matte with it saying "Hello Hollye" in that language! I had 2 mattes because I was getting one for myself and my friend. Laura had hers put in her autograph book and Autumn got 2 Duffys on a stick to get stamped (one for her and a friend) Fun stop stamps make AWESOME free souvenirs (Just saying!) but here's a tip Laura and Autumn learned: Because they wore their birthday button they sometimes had "Happy birthday" on their Duffys and book. Laura didn't mind but Autumn did. After we had everything stamped, we went down stairs and looked around the store. Laura and Autumn for some friendship bracelets that the really liked but we ended up moving on and getting in line for the fiesta tour because there was no wait! YAY!

We got on our boat with one other family and away we went!

This ride was cheesy but adorable! You can never watch too many Donald Duck cartoons!

Then we left Mexico and headed to Norway!

We made a left there and made a bathroom stop. Then we walked around to Kringla Bakeri og Kafe but the place was packed so we decided to comeback later and we went on the Malestorm with a 10 minute wait!

Okay another cheesy ride that will now become a must whenever I visit the parks! * Also, I hear that they are going to turn the Malestorm into a Frozen ride so maybe its good I rode it while it's still with us!* We left the ride and decided not to do the movie because it had just finished as we walked in. So we just went to the gift shop!

I was expecting to find hoards of frozen things to bring back for all my friends but there was like nothing! We just went over to the fun stop and got our stamps and then went to the curtain to see Anna and Elsa! Since their line averages on 4 hours I knew that was NOT happening! I didn't even get good pictures of them! Like I don't even know what I was thinking! We left the gift shop and went back to Kringla Bakeri og Kafe! I HAD to try some school bread! We were all getting hungry so Laura and I decided to get a sandwich and share and so did Nanny and Autumn! Okay, If you are in Norway for lunch this is pretty much the BEST use of a meal credit I have ever heard in my life! So this is what we got: The Ham Apple sandwich, Fruit salad, School bread and if you ask for ice water you can also get another drink! ALL FOR ONE QUICK SEVICE CREDIT!!! Nanny and Autumn got the same except they got the Bacon club! ITS SO BEAUTIFUL

The apple club was good (I actually pulled off the apples lol) DEFINATELY fresh! I didn't eat any of the fruit because I'm a rebel and I just want dessert ha! Okay, School Bread AHMAZING!! The dough was the consitiancy of a doughnut and it was filled with the most delicious creme that would be in a creme puff and then it was topped with coconut and cinnamon!!

It turns out that Nanny is allergic to coconut, so much so that it swells her throat if she eats it! THANKFULLY Autumn caught it just before Nanny started eating it or the day would have gone completely differently! So, I ended up eating my half and Nanny's half of it (I was one happy camper!) We finished up eating and headed to China!!​

I would definitively recommend you try some next time you're there! It looks like its completely filled with creme but there's really on about 1/2 a cup in it tops its mostly the pastry itself!

"WE ARE FARMERS, BUM BA DUM BUM BUM BUM BUM"​

We made it to the China Pavilion and walked up to the Mulan line but they had just closed it So, we just went in search of the funstop!

I actually think this was the only country we didn't have to ask where it was, we found it all by ourselves! Yay us!
We headed into the gift shop!

They actually make these for for dogs!!!

We went to the funstop and had the sweetest CM! She wrote everything down and drew a panda on Autumn's Duffy that said "Happy Birthday" in Chinese!
While I was waiting for Autumn there was a cute little girl in line who was dressed like Aurora! I asked her if that was her favorite princess and she said yes and I told her that she was mine too and I showed her my crown. She was ADORABLE!
After Autumn was done we moved to the other part of the store. Laura and I spotted the rice farmer hats and put them on and started singing that song "WE ARE FARMERS, BUM BA DUM BUM BUM BUM BUM" Nanny was cracking up!

We kept looking around saw that in the cooler that had flavored water in a can! They also had milk and soda!

We walked past this door and I was like "STOP! I have to knock on it! Laura, take my picture!"

Some of the rich colors and buildings in this pavilion blew me away! Disney really takes no shortcuts when it comes to their parks!

I saw this bridge and just knew it was perfect for a picture! So I pulled out the camera and squished Laura, Autumn and Nanny in there! I love it!

We stopped by the outpost for Laura and Autumn to try their hand at being master bongo players! They did pretty well if I do say so myself!

Then it was time for Germany! We passed Snow White and I was very glad we had met her the day before! I had SO many more character meets scheduled but your time just runs out so quickly! We saw Karamell-Kuche and I told Laura and Autumn about it but since we had just eaten that YUMMY School Bread we had to pass! We headed to the fountain!

Autumn just HAD to make a wish in the fountain! I gave them pennies and they were like "3...2...1.. Go!" And they threw theirs over their shoulder but Autumn missed and somehow threw it back in her lap She eventually got it in the fountain and they took my picture.

I walked up to an CM (He was quite attractive if I do say so myself hehe) he was standing at the door of the Christmas Corner and he said the funstop was in "Der Teddybar" and we found the table easily! While the girl was doing my mattes she and 3 other CM were speaking in fluent German to each other! I was pretty cool! Definitely creates a completely different atmosphere! (I just hope they weren't talking about me )
