Hi! Whats Your Name? Why Are You Wearing a Seat belt?​

After People Mover, we headed over to the Laugh Floor! We waited in line for about 2 minutes before the let us in the room with the cartoons!
But in those two minutes, I was about to scream because some parents were letting their children the bang chains that make the "corral" against the poles making the most horrible nose
We sat in the middle of the room and had lots of laughs!

Mike's nephew was so adorable and all their corny jokes were the best! Props to the guys behind the scenes who come up with this stuff on the fly! One lady they put on camera was wearing a cross-body purse and the guy was like "HI! What's your name? Why are you wearing a seat belt?"
After the laugh floor, we made a bathroom stop! I saw the place where the wishes dessert party was and looked at it longingly wishing for a TS dining plan (one day!!!) went over to the Tomorrowland Speedway because Autumn wanted to ride it.
*I interrupt this trip report for a RANT* (Be prepAAAAAARRRREEEDDD)
Okay, so when we booked this trip, Nanny said I had total control of the planning. So, for months I researched, scheduled, highlighted, ect. I tried to get something in there for everyone, making sure no one would feel left out or upset they missed something they wanted. But, when we actually got to WDW, Autumn seemed to be upset because she felt that she had been left out of the planning (she lives an hour away and I don't get to talk/see her regularly) and so, Nanny kinda started planning on the fly which kinda created some issues (I would say mainly because of age difference) but all Autumn wanted was to ride things and swim not meet characters and shop and things like that! Which is fine, but, by this time in the day, it was already 12:00PM and we had only been to Fantasyland and Tomorrowland and Nanny really didn't want us to split up...I was just lost on what to do... P.S. thanks to the FB for reading my loooonnngg rant and all your helpful comments! but you will see some more of this come into play throughout the trip so I just thought I'd fill ya in! And that we finally resolved things and had a much better time (See where the letting go part comes in? )
OKAY, so where were we? Right, Tomorrowland Speedway! The wait was 2 hours so we just headed over to meet Stitch!! Kenny the Pirate has him listed on his site as meeting near Space Mountain so we headed that way! But I couldn't find him, so I asked a CM and she pointed him out to us (he was probably closer to People Mover) and we ran over there because he had like no line!

My pen went out while meeting him! Can't you see the confusion on my face? Haha! Stitch and I were just looking at each other like "What do we do now?" Thankfully, a CM came to my rescue!

It was now time to say goodbye to my beloved Tomorrowland and head to the other side of the park!
We stopped by the teacups on the way because the wait was only 10 mins! Alice and White rabbit were meeting so Nanny went and got in line for them while we rode! This was my and Laura's first time on the Tea cups so I was PUMPED I *THINK* I read that the purple one spins the fastest so, I told Autumn to pick one of those!

I must say, that tea cup was spinning like CrAzy!!!! I was glad when it came to a stop! ​

Thumbs Up From the Princesses​

So after i had my brains scrambled by the teacups, we got in line with Nanny to meet Alice and the White Rabbit! We were about 2 people back when the character attendant told the line that Alice only had 5 minutes before she had to leave. We made it to the front with about 3 minutes to spare and this attendant was trying to be very efficient "Have autograph books open and group photos only" I wasn't upset or anything I understood that he was trying to get as many people a possible to meet Alice but it kinda ruined the magic so the interaction really wasn't great Oh well!

By this time, everyone was getting pretty hungry! I had read about the cake cup at Cheshire Cafe and wanted to try it! I checked to see if they had food options for lunch (They only have snacks) So we just went across to Cosmic Rays! But we had just walked in behind a group of FIFTEENS And, the place was so packed I knew we weren't going to even get a seat there so we came out of there and just headed over to Liberty Square but we saw the line for Merida (we get distracted easily ) but her line was an hour long...NOPE! We finally made it to the Castle when...
WHAT?!

So, apparently there is still a parade in the afternoon (Not the 3:00 one) For WEEKS I checked the MDE site checking for an afternoon parade and couldn't find anything! We didn't stay to watch though, the sun was beating down and we were hungry (We'll get there eventually)

The we crossed over the bridge to Liberty Square (More castle pictures were necessary)

Fun fact: The brown concrete running through that section is to signify raw sewage that ran through the streets in colonial America (Gross right?)
So, we made a left and I headed to Liberty Tree Tavern only to be asked by a CM if I had a reservation *Face Palm* (I made these mistakes for you people) If you want the QS its named Columbia Harbour House! So we went back past the River boat and to the correct restaurant and were greeted by a happy CM who sang me a happy birthday song and called me princess! I guess you could say the line was bearable for it being lunch time and a QS but it was SO loud in there and there were so many parents in there with tired miserable kids We finally ordered and I found a table on the left side in the back (It was quieter there. Yay!) Here's what everyone got:
I got the Chicken fingers, fries and chocolate cake the chicken was good! It was no Chick-fil-a but it wasn't gross by any means! I saved the cake for later (P.S. those don't travel well)

Autumn got the fried shrimp, grapes, apples and water. She really liked it! Laura tried it too and gave it her stamp of approval!

Nanny just got the kids fish and she liked it! She really liked the restaurant and was commenting about how good all the QS food was!

And Laura got a Broccoli Poppy seed salad and substituted a dessert for the frozen lemonade (Good thinking sis!) That Lemonade was SO GOOD! I stole a couple sips while she wasn't looking! PERFECT way to cool down in the mid afternoon heat! She loved her salad and lemonade too!

So, snaps for Columbia Harbour House you get 4 thumbs up from the princesses! ​

Scheduled Bathroom Breaks? I AM Danny Tanner's Child​

We had about 20 minutes to kill before our Haunted Mansion FP+ so, what better way to kill them then visit the TANGLED BATHROOMS! (Is it bad I actually had that on my schedule to visit bathrooms? O.D.D.)
I just LOVE the details in this area

I want a flag like that SO BAD!

Apples for Maximus!

I heard a rumor that they are going to eventually turn the tower into a meet and greet!! Crossing my fingers!

Palace guard armor and a frying pan!

You know, I just remembered I forgot too look for all the Pascals hidden in that area! Dang Flabbit! Next time!
Now it was time for our fastpasses to be open so we headed back to Haunted Mansion BUT Laura remembered she forgot her sunglasses in the bathroom so, she ran back to find them! (She never did ) She came back, and it was time for another first!

We waited about five minutes before we were let into the stretching room! I wasn't prepared for when they said "Just remember, there are no doors or windows in here" Talk about freaky! After that, were were loaded into our doom buggy! Autumn and I were together and Laura and Nanny were behind us! I really hate to say this but... Haunted Mansion really didn't live up to my expectations and I kinda felt like I wasted a Fastpass on it! But, I'm glad I did it, maybe the Halloween version is better! I just wasn't really into it... maybe I should watch the movie? Anyway, we left and headed back towards the Tangled bathrooms. Peter and Wendy were meeting (Laura's FAVORITE is Peter) but Autumn didn't want to meet anyone else. So, we decided to split up! Laura and I jumped in line and Autumn and Nanny headed to Fantasyland and we promised to meet back up in an hour! Peter and Wendy were on break so, we probably stood in line about 20 minutes or so! I checked up on the Facebook page and just took in the glorious Magic Kingdom!
They even have flower boxes on their buildings!! I'm in LOVE!

Peter and Wendy didn't have a PP photographer or a character attendant so we asked a kind stranger in line behind us to take our pictures! (Good job stranger!! And Thanks!)
We had another FANTASTIC character experience!

They asked why we had so many things to autograph and we told them we had friends at home who we were bringing back autographs for! Peter asked if we would send him one too! He made sure we ONLY addressed it to him and not the lost boys! Just send it to the second star to the right!

Peter saw our pins and asked if we had any of him! We told him he was so popular his pins were hard to find! (He didn't seem to believe us ) He was giving me a sour look so I tried to cheer him up by telling him he was Laura's favorite (He still wasn't happy with me)

When we were walking away though, he said to Wendy, "Wendy, she said I was her favorite!" and Wendy said "Peter, you're ALWAYS my favorite" DYING OF CUTENESS ​

Just a Hop, Skip, and a Boat Ride Away​

We still had time before we had to meet back up, so we went into the philharmagic gift shop because I knew I wasn't going to do it this time and I was pretty bummed! Sadly, I didn't see anything that I wanted so we moved on! Laura spotted a "Lost Boys brigade" barrel and she had to get a picture!!

Then I just had to make a stop at this lovely establishment!

I was faced with a hard decision: I knew if I didn't get in the Cinderella line I wasn't going to get to meet her this trip BUT I have never met Rapunzel! We decided on Cinderella line since it was considerably shorter! But, after about 5 minutes of waiting i line, we saw the Rapunzel/Snow White line was shorter so we went ALL the way back out and into the other line!
Isn't this place just GORGEOUS!?

We waited 20-30 minutes before they let us in! I actually think we were the last people in before they went on break so, we had the girls all to ourselves! YAY!! Rapunzel was First!

The first thing Laura said to her was "Oh! You're wearing shoes!" and she rolled with it! She was like "YES! Cinderella says I have to wear them in her kingdom, but in my kingdom you don't have to! You should come and visit sometime it's just a hop, skip, and a boat ride away!" Could that answer have been any better?!

I asked her where Flynn and Pascal were and she said Flynn had taken her on a picnic this morning so he was cleaning up from that (ADORABLE) and Pascal has been playing hide and seek with his seven cousins and she had us promise we would keep an eye out for him! We said goodbye to Punzie, and met Snow!

She was so sweet, we asked her how the dwarfs were and she said great! They were working in the mines but she was going to make them a gooseberry pie before they got home because it was their favorite!

We left and went into the gift shop to look around and go somewhere quiet so Laura could call Nanny because our hour was about up! Laura found a dinglehopper brush that she ADORED she almost bought it but wasn't sure if she would actually use it!

We went into the back of the store and found the cutest little Minnie statue!

Then it was time to go over to Dumbo!

One Goal: DOLE WHIP​

We met up with Nanny and Autumn and turns out they had been riding Dumbo the whole time we were gone HAHA!
They have peanuts in the concrete!! They think of everything!

We decided that it was about time for some ice cream! But not just ANY ice cream! Nope! DOLE WHIPS!! I don't think you guys understand how long I had been waiting for this moment!
We passed by the castle just as Dream Along with Mickey was starting! I probably would have stayed if I hadn't had a Dole Whip on my mind!
Look at the green grass! I just love Florida!

We passed Aladdin and Jasmine meeting and I saw this guy I follow on instagram who is best friends with Aladdin! How cool!Also, can I just say that they are the CUTEST Disney couple EVER <3
We finially made it to Aloha Isle!

I tried to get a picture with Laura to pass the time in line... It took a few tries I think I just created a new level unattractive #ModelStatus

I got the Dole Whip Float and it lived up to all my expectations! Can I have an Aloha Isle in my house? Pretty Please! Nanny got one too!

Laura got the Orange Pineapple float! She said it was good but just a little too overwhelming!

Autumn was keeping it simple and got Vanilla!

This squirrel must be living the dream life! It was so used to people it jumped right up on this stroller AND THERE WAS A KID IN IT

Hey Everybody! I've Seen the Backside Of Water!​

It was time for another classic! (Watch out! The camel spits!)

The line was about 5 minutes (You can't beat that!)
I just love all the architecture in Adventureland!

We were loaded into our magic carpet and decided to give the youngest and most inexperienced driver control of it because it's the logical thing to do!!

Look at that real smile!

After that wild ride, we decided to go on the Jungle Cruise! Another first! (I told you people all I wanted to do last time was swim!) The wait was 30 minutes which would be cutting things close but we bit the bullet and did it! This was definitely the longest wait this trip!

The time passed quickly though, Autumn and Laura were dancing and Autumn created a new system of counting that sounded something like "1, 3, triangle, orange, 6, 9 square"
We boarded our boat and had a great skipper! Like I said, I'm a sucker for those corny jokes so I was loving it! "We call it inspiration falls because it makes you want to go... to the rain forest"
"Aww look those lions are watching the Zebra while it's sleeping!"

"Okay there could either be ancient treasure or it's a trap.."

We stopped at the very end because the boats were backed up so our skipper had to get creative. She was looking at everyone's buttons! She saw mine and sang me a happy birthday song! Then she was like "Do you want me to sing it backwards?" and I said "Sure!" So she turned around and sang it again
Then we made our way back to Pirates of the Caribbean but the ride was shut down

So, we just went into the gift shop and Nanny, Autumn and I went to the restroom.
I could have sworn I took pictures in that gift shop but I can't find any!
Tiana and Naveen started to meet in about 20 minutes so we decided jut to head that way!
We Stopped at the ring carving station on the way and Laura ordered a carved ring!
To Liberty Square we went! Were were about the 5th family in line!
Can I just say that our Tiana and Naveen were the BEST! I met them first and they were so sweet! Both their accents were SPOT ON! They asked me where I was from and I told them and Tiana was like "Oh, you're a Southern Belle!" and Naveen was like what does that even mean?!" and I was like "Uhhh well Belle means beautiful in French" (I meant Italian though! Sorry Naveen I have led you astray!) He was like "Oh! I really did not know that!" But apparently it means beautiful in French too (Unless Beauty and the Beast is a lie! HA!)

Then Laura and Autumn went up together! I grabbed the camera and stated taking pictures! The PP guy was like "You can move any where you want to Princess!" I just love it when they call me that!

Laura and Naveen must have thought something was hilarious!

They called me back over for a group photo!

Laura asked them how Lotte/Charlotte was and Tiana told us she was watching the restaurant for them while they were in Magic Kingdom! She also said she keeps trying to kiss frogs and waiting for them to turn into princes! Naveen added in his little adorable french accent "We keep telling her those are not princes but she just keeps kissing!" We said goodbye and went back to the ring carving station to pick up Laura's ring!
Here's how it turned out! (It's a pirate sword!)

I was starting to get a little nervous because it was already 6:00 and we still had a Big Thunder Mountain FP and BOG ressie at 7:00! So I grabbed Laura and Autumn and we started to book it over to BTMR! She did make a stop at the treasure hunt kiosk to grab maps for her smashbook and she had to do this thing with a CM! It only took about five minutes but I was getting antsy! So, she finally got out of there and we zoomed to the mountain! (Another first!) With our FP I'd say we waited 7-10 mins.! This ride was great! It went super fast and had some awesome drops in there! Plus, we were riding at sunset which was so beautiful!! I heard that if you ride BTMR looking backwards it adds a whole new thrill! I'm going to have to try that next time!
We got off the ride and met back up with Nanny and headed back to Fantasyland!​

Real Life Update: Febuary 16th & 17th, 2014
Frozen Sing-Along and Disney Deals!​

​

I have been up to some serious Disney shenanigans (Can I just say that I actually spelled that word right the FIRST time!?) and thought I'd fill you in!
Okay! So, We hadn't seen Rachel since we had gotten back from Disney and we had a Christmas/Birthday/Valentines day present for her! So planned to meet up at 4:40 on Sunday to see FROZEN SING-ALONG!!!

This was actually my 4th time seeing the movie (Thanks Disney Movie Rewards for the free tickets!) I thought Frozen couldn't get any better but IT DID!!! We had way too much fun singing our hearts out! I really suggest you go and see this movie in sing along version it's great! So, after the movie we let Rachel pick where we were going to eat and she wanted Old Chicago Pizza (YUM!) but we walked in and they said there would be a 40 minute wait! So we went over to Rafferty's instead but they had a 45 minute wait!! SO, we finally settled on Smashing Tomato! We shared a delicious wood fired pizza and salad! We gave Rachel her present to open and day dreamed about Disney trips that we want to go on! And told her all about our Princess Vacation!

We got her a Merida doll which she liked A LOT

and we got her an antenna topper that I had gotten after Test Track!

After dinner, we decided to be bad and go get ice cream there's this new place in town that supposedly has dole whips and we were going to go there but it was out of the way, so we just decided to go get gelato!!!

Rachel is collecting the Duffy head pin set and I had found one for her in WDW so we made a trade! This is what I got! (The Mickey one)

After that we said goodnight and Rachel's mom picked her up!

I went to school today and then Laura ran me over to the mall because today was the last day to use the 25% discount! They must be clearing their stock of shirts because I got the best deal EVER!!
These two were $5.99!!

And This one was ONLY $3.99!!! I COULD'NT BELIEVE IT

With the discount it came to a grand total of $12.70!! Hands down best purchase ever!!​

And Now We Invite You to Relax, Let Us Pull Up a Chair as the Dining Room Proudly Presents - Your Dinner!​

So, I led the way out of Adventureland and into Liberty Square! I refused to be late to this ressie (I'm stubborn like that haha! ) So I had Autumn by my side, Nanny a little farther behind as and Laura on our trailing behind taking pictures! I would say it was a pretty hilarious sight me running through the park and turning back to Laura and yelling "TAKE A PICTURE OF THAT!"

Seriously, these tangled bathrooms are the best thing!

Laura just loves her tick tock!

This is just so pretty!

We finally made it over to Fantasyland and Laura apparently found a great spot to get castle pictures!

We made it 15 minutes before our reservation and stood in line to check in! then we got our buzzer and stood on the bridge to wait!

See my ipod in my hand? I was always checking that FB page!

We stood to the left when you first get on the bridge! It had a great view of the castle!

There was also a nice little ledge for us to rest our legs!

We had a little photo shoot..

The buzzer finally went off and we went to the doors and were greeted by a CM wielding a candle stick! She led us through the front doors!

This mosaic is unbelievable!

We were seated right in the middle of the ballroom and our waiter was named Scooter!

He took our drink orders and passed out our menus!

I handed everyone their birthday button and put them on (I had a couple surprises planned for them tonight)
Scooter came back with our drinks and we ordered then we decided to go explore!

Course by Course, One by One 'Til you Shout, "Enough! I'm Done!"​

We went to this West Wing first! It was complete with the changing portrait of the beast, the enchanted rose and mirror! Even thoguht it was pretty cool in there, I would't want to eat in there it was so dark!

Then we headed over to the music box room!

On the side if that statue says something about being made by Maurice! In this room they also have tapestry's and paintings!

Then we went back to our table and Nanny was still waiting for our bread! I found our server when he came back around and he brought us some and not 5 minutes later our food! The rolls were good, but a little hard

Then they brought out our food! Autumn and I got the beast casserole (AKA Mac and Cheese) this was on the kids menu and steamed broccoli! Let me tell you THAT was some quality mac and cheese! I would know too because I live off that stuff! And I tried the broccoli but I have never liked it so I wasn't too fond but Autumn ate all hers!

Laura and Nanny got the Grilled Salmon. Laura really liked it! She said the garlic mashed potatoes were to die for as well!

After we were finished, it was time for a surprise! When I had booked this reservation (Our only TS meal) I had put down all our birthdays on there so our waiter brought out some "grey stuff" for us and we all got cards!

It's good that we got this card because

A.) Beast doesn't sign and B.) We didn't get to meet Belle! They grey stuff really is delicious! Autumn didn't want her half so I gladly helped her out! Then Scooter brought out the dessert cart and showed us the cupcakes (can I just say its kinda hilarious that they have to use flashlights)

Jess raves about the strawberry cupcake so I knew what I had to get! It really was one of the best cupcakes I have ever eaten! I was going to get the grey stuff cupcake (Master's cupcake) but it's only available at lunch!

Autumn got the Triple Chocolate Cupcake and seemed to like it! She ate it all if that tells you anything! Ha!

Nanny got the Lemon Meringue! She enjoyed hers too!

Laura got the grey stuff cookie! She liked it but I tried a little and it was just okay! I was expecting the cookie to be soft and brownie like but it was more like a big Oreo.

After we finished up, I could hear that wishes was starting! Laura, Autumn and I headed over to meet Beast wile Nanny settled the check. We went up to a CM to ask how long the beast line was and he was gave us this speech on how everyone from your party had to meet Beast because he likes to meet everyone and there's a separate exit. So, we went back to the table and waited for Nanny but just decided to leave. Nanny made a bathroom stop and we left the castle. Okay so here's my thoughts on Be Our guest Atmosphere: 10 JUST like the movie Service: 5 Ours wasn't great.. Out waiter took was kinda slow moving and for people trying to get outta there to see wishes I wasn't too happy Food: 10 Everything I put n my mouth had great flavor! Would go back?: YES​

It's Not Over Until It's Over!! Last Minute Happenings in Magic Kingdom!!​

We left the castle annnddd... No fireworks.. I asked a CM and he said that wishes were indeed over. I could have cried! After that long stressful day, I wasn't having such a magical time.. We decided to just leave to park Autumn still wanted to swim so maybe we could get that in. I decided to get some side views of the castle as we left

Just as we were about to pass the Walt and Mickey statue we heard an announcement that Celebrate the Magic would be starting in 5 minutes. We all kinda stopped and everyone looked at me! And I looked back at them because for some reason I had no idea what CTM was! So I sat down on the curb and youtubed it! OHH! Its the projection show on the castle! We decided to just stick around and watch it! We didn't really have a great spot and I took these pictures on my ipod but I'm so glad we did stay because this pretty much made up for missing wishes!! ESPECIALLY the Frozen part! It gave me chills! It was so beautiful and charged back up my magic meter! Wreck it Ralph

Tangled

After CTM we decided it was time to leave even though the park was open for another hour

I knew Nanny was ready to go, but I just HAD to walk inside the Emporium! I just needed to look inside! We went in and I was just going to walk through but they actually came close to buying some stuff! Laura and Autumn and I also made a pin trade! I got a Snow White Fairy tale pin!

Then we headed out! Laura and Autumn kept asking me what the other surprise was but I was just like "Oh, forget it. It wasn't that big of a deal" But Nanny said it was okay if we stayed a little longer so we headed over to Tony's

Laura was so upset when she heard that Lady and the Tramp don't meet! She recently watched that movie and claimed it to be adorable! What I didn't tell her was that you can still get their paw print (SURPRISE) We walked right up to the podium and I asked if I could get their paw prints a waiter said they were in the back eating spaghetti and he would see if he could get them to do it. He came back with this:

I'm going to have to eat at Tony's one day! It was so cute in there and I'm sure I would like the food! I mean, it's Itallian how could I not?!

We left Tony's and headed toward the gate! I told Laura about how Jess and her friend flew down to WDW to surprise Kristen and this is where they did it! (I hope she caught the hint and passes it on to my friends )

I just had to get a picture of these posters! How great would it be to have theses hanging in your room?!

We followed the arrow and were heading toward the exit!

Nanny called my grandpa and wasn't leaving so we took this opportunity to get that classic picture in front of the train station!

We found a kind stranger family and asked them to take our picture

Then we walked over to the gift shop waiting for Nanny to finish. That gift shop was LOADED with ears if anyone wants some before hitting Main Street! Nanny got off the Phone and we headed to the buses. We saw the tale end of the Electrical Water Pageant! Laura and I had "Zero to Hero" from Hercules stuck in our heads for some reason and sang it all the way to the bus stop! We had to wait probably 10 minutes for our bus because we had to wait for a second one. We made i back to our room, grabbed our refillable mugs and headed to the food court to refill them!!​
