I have a bidder on one of my items that lives in the UK. I clearly stated for non-us bidders to email before bidding for S/H. I just went to the USPS site and found that it will cost about $40 to ship this item to the UK. I am concerned that after the close of the auction (next Saturday) that the person will back out when they find out how much it'll cost to ship. So far they have only made purchases from within the UK. What would you do?
Ugh - don't you wish folks would read? I think I would email the bidder with the info regarding the shipping costs now - at least that way the person will be informed and if they get outbid, can let the item go and not bid again - if that is their choice. If they choose bid retraction, at least you'll have most of the week for other bidders to compete. JMHO - please let us know what happens!

No, I haven't gotten any watchlist info for close to a month now - and I have re-created my script a couple times and readded it to my FrontPage template, too. I finally gave up. I find I'm already obsessive about checking my auctions and one less thing to keep checking is OK with me.
