You Dont have access?

Hi gang,
At the top of the dis page is a sticky " AoA Cars suite video". Everytime i click to watch the video, i get a message that i don't have access to view the video?

I tried it in Safari and Firefox on my Mac and it seemed to work okay, then tried on an iPad and it jumped directly to the YouTube version and also played as expected.
