Yorkshire County Fish Shop - What kink of fish?

Very interesting. My DH grabbed an order from Yorkshire when we were there 2/4... it was OK but yes definitely not the best. I live in Buffalo where "Fish Frys" are extremely popular (on Fridays and especially Lenten Fridays) and they are made with haddock here typically. So I'm used to a more substantial/thicker fish for a fish & chips like the Cod. It would never even cross my mind to batter fry a piece of tilapia!
