Thanks for the answers, I better start sending in our cards, maybe the kids will win something before our September trip. That would be cool!! My middle DS, all he ever has to do it touch a candy machine adn either candy comes out or change....almost everytime! I better make sure she is the one to touch the postcards last, LOL:thumbsup2

Been sending since April. Today gotta ring @ the door and it was the mailwoman. Wife and I BOTH won pin and lanyard set.. woo woo

DW, DD and myself got the YOAMD lanyard sets this morning from the post office. Postcards do work! :cool1:

I'm just curious - have many people in the UK on here won and what?

I've been sending in postacards since February, 3 a day for me, DBF and my father and not a thing!! I'm still hoping and there is still a long way to go I know...

DW got an orange certified mail slip yesterday, picked it up today, YOAMD lanyard and 2 pins ! :)

We just started sending in postcards also. Besides the regular info needed, I had each family member write what their "dream" was for our upcoming WDW trip. I doubt we will win anything before we leave, but it is getting everyone a little more excited about the trip.:tinker:

can some one explain what the post cards are for.........

We have been in Orlando for 2 weeks and when we get home what do we have?!?! The orange slip in the stack of mail! Picked up our first pair of ears from the postcards for DS this morning!

Hello I got a call today to do the skill testing math question, I won a pin and lanyard set! Does anyone know if anyone has won anything besides mouse years and pins through the mail in part of the contest? I was pretty excited!

What is the point of the skill test? Is that only for winners outside of the U.S.?

Yes it is Canadian law that you have to answer a skill testing question before you win. I think in the U.S. the prize gets to come right in your mail box without a phone call and a math question. I am horrible with numbers so I was a little worried.:teacher:

geez. I assume from your post that you are in Canada.
I tried all day yesterday to purchase the postcards from the Post Offices in the Shoppers Drug Marts. They sent me to the 'corporate store' and they looked at me like I had six heads. They told me they never heard of the prepaid blank postcards, and pointed me to a display of picture post cards which would cost me $1.79 a piece, plus tax. Surely they have a cheaper product than that.
What did you use, please.? (Or any other Canadian for that matter) This is so frustrating.

I went to the P.O. today and got 30 prepaid postcards. I didn't even know about this before today, and now I'm excited and the thought of winning! LOL! :yay:

Hello, yes I am from Canada....well I have only heard of prepaid envelopes not prepaid postcards thats all that we have here. Which won't work for this contest so I went around to the local dollar stores and looked at all normal postcards I found one dollar store that had the postcards 2 for $1.00 so thats what I bought. Then I was at Walmart and found a little book of Disney postcards and you just tore them out. It came out to about the same as the dollar store ones. However they were way too big for the entry regulations so I had to measure all of them and then cut them. Then the painful part was the postage. I had planned on entering more than I did but it just costs too much. Hope that helps a bit.

Sometimes I'll buy greeting card packs, especially at Christmas time, at the dollar store and cut them to the right size to use for postcards. That might be an easier and less expensive way for you to do postcards to enter the contest.
