Afternoon is good for us - we take a break in late afternoon and the boys are done with golfing.
And I just used the 1st-5th because we are there 4 of those 5 days and only 2 of the 6th-10th.
I also think something like the BCV room is nice (gee, think they would let us pool hop as a nice gift ) But SSR could be nice too where it's new to most people.
If you decide on some non-catered refreshments and go with the BWV, you are welcome to use my refrigerator and kitchen to prepare. And I would be willing to help where I can no matter where it is.
We'll be leaving on the 4th. Would prefer mornings or afternoons. Seems like there are already too many things to do in the evenings - CP, MVMCP, Osborne Lights, Fantasmic, Illuminations, Spectro, Wishes, PI, etc.
We arrive the 3rd late at night so the 4th is our first full day. My son's b-day is the 5th. I really hope the 6th can work out because half my party is leaving that day and I can feel less guilty about getting away for a quick DIS meet.
So far the poll is split on the dates, but more pick the afternoons.
We are there Dec. 1-9 and would prefer afternoon or evening. Hope we can meet up with other DVC Dis members. Just tell us where and when and we will be there.
Do we know when those are yet? I would say we meet in the afternoon, since most want that , and it is an ideal time to take a break. Even if you are going to MVMCP, it would be before you need to be at MVMCP.
Good thought about the MVMCP. We always go to the MK to see the afternoon parade the night of the MVMCP so we can stay on thru the park closing and the time period in between. It's just too much of a hassle to go later. So I wouldn't be able to go the day of the party, but I"m willing to plan around it. If the date picked is Tuesday the 7th, I would just get to the party on Sunday.
Parties are on Friday, Sunday, Tuesday and sometimes Thursdays. There were no Mondays last year and that is the 6th this year.
And - I think the party dates are usually announced in May-ish. I know that they were announced by my May trip last year. We would know in plenty of time.
