Yet another evening EMH question - can you enter late?

I was just wondering if we could get our wristbands for MK when they start passing them out (around 4pm?) then go to another park, and return to MK after regular closing time, but still when EMH is going on. Would we be let in? Thanks!

Yes, you can enter the EMH park anytime after the "official" closing time as long as you are staying at a Disney resort. You do not have to get your wristband in advance. Although they start distributing them 2 hours before the evening EMH you don't have to get one during this time period. You can arrive anytime after EMH has started and they will give you a wristband after checking your resort ID.

E-Ticket night admissions were available in limited numbers. Is the number of EMH wristbands limited at all? Are you risking not getting in if you don't get them soon after they are made available?

I doubt it. EMH is open to all guest staying onsite. It gets more crowded then an e-tkt night

There is no limit like the old E-nights had. That is why people are reporting that the evening EMH can be pretty crowded. But most posts also say that the first hour or so is the worst and then people start leaving.

as long as you have a current room key you will be able to get your wristband. you don't need to get your wristband b4 the park closes though. you can go do whatever for the day, and then anytime in that extra 3 hrs go and get it, and go in. we were leaving MK on emh night a half hour b4 it ended, and people were still getting off the bus to go in for the first time.

they just start passing them out 2hrs b4 it closes to help with getting it done, and avoid congestion.

make sure it is tight enough on you, as i had one that kept slipping off, and had to go back and get a new one.

Maybe a silly question but.... if the park closes at 10:00 on EMH nights it is open until 1;00? Wow.
