Yet another big discount question

I have gotten a pin that I could not use and we are not going until January 2010, so the 4/3 deal will probably be gone -

my question is - Should I reserve my rooms now? We know we are staying at WL.

If a great deal like 4/3 comes up, can I apply it ex post facto?
What about a VISA discount? Sometimes these codes and pins don't show up until much closer in, but we need two rooms and I need to get them reserved - lol


We are going at value season.

Sure you can apply it 'ex post facto' whatever that means (I assume 'after the fact')

You can always apply a better discount to a package or room only rez, as long as there is availability under the promotion. What you cannot do is switch between the two...

If your new package results in a lower price, you'll have to pay a 'change fee'...

However, the change fee ($50) is only if you are at or under 45 days of check-in.

If you know you are going, make the ressie. Keep in mind that 2010 rates have not been released. All you can do at this time is make a room only reservation at the highest season rate for 2009. When 2010 rates are release, your overall total will be adjusted. I believe that the deposit will not be refunded--you will just have a larger deposit amount (one nights room charge per room booked).

If you want a package, that is easily adjusted later. They will simply cancel your room only reservation after a package reservation. Discounts of course can be added later, provided availability.
