Extra time at WDW - SCORE!

Hey Belle - it is great to 'see' you again. Sounds like your plans are coming along GREAT! your ADR date is getting so close, what are the plans?

Yayyyyy for the extra night!

Being the werido I am, I am currently looking up flight info for you, ha ha.

Checkout Southwest... looks like you can get roundtrip for around $230 a person.

It looks like you'll pay that amount with whoever you go with but with SW you get a free first checked bag. You can get AirTran for about $210 total but when you add bag fees, its more than SW.

SW has 2 flights leaving on the 3rd @ night for $89 each way.
Flight 29 = leaves at 2pm & gets in at 645 with one stop but no changing planes. (I dont know if thats too early for you guys)
Flight 47/114= leaves at 630 & get in at 1130 with one layover in Houston

Coming back
They have a flight leaving at 7pm & getting you back in TX @ 945 with one stop (you stay on the same plan though, flight 2547) for 109 a person.
I figured those times are good because the ME picks you up like 3 hours before your flight so you can enjoy bfast with some awesome people & maybe get some DTD in & enjoy your last full day before you leave.

To my understanding with SW they have a free switching policy. I guess you can rebook at a lower fare if there is a fare sale after you booked the original flight. You get to keep the difference as credit and you can use the credit on another flight in 12 months.

Also if you sign up for SW Ding they send you tons of deals to your cpu.

I'm going to keep up with my own list and ask periodically in case new people join in! When the trip gets closer, I'll share my list on here with all of you to see who you should watch out for, and to make it easier if anyone wants to work on a meet!

I go inside and the office door is closed; I open it, and there, set-up and ready to go, was Disney DDR for our Wii. I was beyond excited; the friends he was referring to were the Disney characters in the game. Haha. He's beyond adorable!

Ok I am an idiot. What is Disney ddr? I am assuming this is a wii game?

Any update on the health reports?

That breaks down to 6 full days in the park, 1 day off (DTD, park hopping, whatever), and 2 days at US.

Well, due to scheduling and a few other various issues that have come up around September, we've had to re-schedule and re-work our plans. We found all of this out last week, but I wanted to talk to a few of my September friends before I blindsided them on the boards.

The terrible part is that I'm missing out on the meet I've been so very much looking forward to attending.

But, the good news is we can still afford to go even though we can't use the FD PIN we had received anymore. (Ugh; expiration date!)

To make a really long story short, we're checking in on December 3rd (at POP, still) with DDP and 5 day park hopper tickets. We'll check out on December 9th, and head over to US. We're staying 4 nights in one of their deluxe resorts and getting a great deal with tickets. (They're free! We get front of the line action to all of the rides, and unlimited admission to City Walk, too.) We'll do 2 full days at US/IOA and 1 full day at SW.

I was pretty upset when we first found out we had to cancel September, but I'm much better now that things are officially re-scheduled. Here's to hoping some sort of deal comes out that can save us a bit, though!!

Are any of you going to be there the same time??

I've actually heard that Pop Warner is staying at CSR; not sure if that's true or not, but it's been over on the Resort board that they're booked there already. We went during some cheer/dance thing a while back, and even though they were all at our resort, it didn't seem to make any difference on crowd levels. I've heard Pop Warner is the same way.

Let me know where you end up staying!
