I am still praying for ya, Heather! For my updates...I updated about my trip to Oklahoma for the wedding. And Kelly and I have booked our flights for our trip in December. We got the absolute ideal flights, great price, the perfect times that we wanted to leave, so I am way excited about that. That's pretty much it for me! Healthy pixie dust your way!

we'll keep praying for sure.....Amanda took us all to see "earth" yesterday....True there were some sad moments..but the photography and stories were well worth it....I can appreciate your sensitvity...but as you said it is part of the circle of life...It was easier to watch than Bambie....I still can't handle that....Best wishes sweetie

The family & I saw it this weekend & I really liked it. It was sad but it was things that are real & circle of life. As for someone who saw March Of The Penguins... Earth was wayyyyy better & no where near as sad. I liked how Disney cut away from showing anything too gaphic. I think it was beautifully done.

Personally... Im crazy excited for UP! Anyone else?

Well, looks like there's another movie I won't go see. I am such an animal nut, I don't think I could emotionally handle seeing animals struggle/die on the big screen. DH makes fun of me all the time (in a loving way) of how I can tolerate people dying in films, but if anyone even thinks about harming a sweet, helpless animal I lose it!

Ok, I swear I live under a rock. I've never heard of the movie "Earth". Although really, that's not a huge shocker b/c I tend to watch the same five movies over and over. Sad, I know.

Btw, the lime green bandage is a very DIS appropriate -- way to represent!

I had my blood work done this morning; I'm now sporting a lime green bandage-wrap that clashes horribly with my outfit for work. Haha. (Trying to make light of everything I can right now.)

Now, just have to get through today and tomorrow. My appointment with the specialist is Wednesday morning to discuss my blood work results.

Keep sending pixie dust and prayers this way! I really appreciate them!

We saw Earth this weekend; has anyone else seen it? I was disappointed how sad it was; I mean I obviously understand the circle of life, but there were way too many sad parts and not enough happy/cute animal moments!

I really don't have anything to report. I went to my appointment this morning just to sit there and find out my bloodwork wasn't back yet. The lab is backed up because everyone with a cough or stopped-up nose in our area thinks they should be tested for swine flu.

They said "hopefully, tomorrow." I am beyond aggravated that I went up there for nothing (took time off from work, and still had to pay an office visit since the specialist changed a dosage on a medication I'm on.) So, it's back to waiting and being anxious/nervous. I'm just hoping now that I hear something before the weekend; I don't want to sit around worrying about it again until Monday.

Blech!
