As someone going through family troubles here too, I can't imagine what it must be like to be trying to deal with that all at once. Best of luck and keep us updated!!

My major news is that we bought plane tickets to Disney, and are very excited! And August hours should come out tomorrow for our planning purposes. Both of which are great!

My update: DH got laid off so we postponed our trip to October. DH got a new job so he asked me to switch back to June. Then DH said he can't take off the whole week. I am tired of switching our days so I am taking all the kids for 5 nights alone and he is meeting up with us for the second half of the trip. Haha it should be fun!

On my front, we purchased our MNSSHP tix today!! that is about as exciting as today gets! In other news, Jack (my ds) just turned 3 last Friday!! and Sophia (ohiodisneylover) came down for the weekend! We had a blast! Maybe she can post some pics fromt that mini TR on here, then you won't have to die wondering...hehe!

MY UPDATE: We decided to upgrade and stay at VWL! We're renting DVC points, which is something I highly recommend to everyone. Oh, and we finally found a good deal on airfare...$137/each. Not bad!

Heather! It's so good to see you again, wow it sounds like a crazy past few weeks.

I actually thought about you and your mother this week. Especially what you are doing for your mother. My 44yo cousin got diagnosed... she needs a double mascetomoy My 38yo cousin JUST beat it earlier this year. She had such a great attitude and is of course there to help her big sis through it. They are in NC and I'm sad I can't be there with them too. But it all made me think how awesome this is for you to do for your mom. My 44yo cousin has a 12yo daughter who is right there in the know about whats going on etc. So I'm sure like you & your mom this will be a thread that ties them even closer.

I hope your health straightens out and this is resolved quickly. I would be so sad to not see this happen for you all. ((HUGS))

Hmmm let's see....Well I'm going back to WDW for Memorial Day Weekend with a friend who has never been to Disney before so I'm going to need to try and make her LOVE it so I have someone to come with me when I have the urge to go!!!

When we go I'm going to stop by Rose & Crown and see if my man Eddie is still there, LOL! Hopefully he is! Also, we are staying at Pop and I've never been there before so this will be exciting! Trying Sci Fi for the first time as well as bringing her to Chefs de France (she speaks French) and Ohana. Hopefully these restaurants will make her love WDW!

I had my blood work done this morning; I'm now sporting a lime green bandage-wrap that clashes horribly with my outfit for work. Haha. (Trying to make light of everything I can right now.)

Now, just have to get through today and tomorrow. My appointment with the specialist is Wednesday morning to discuss my blood work results.

Keep sending pixie dust and prayers this way! I really appreciate them!

We saw Earth this weekend; has anyone else seen it? I was disappointed how sad it was; I mean I obviously understand the circle of life, but there were way too many sad parts and not enough happy/cute animal moments!

We saw Earth last week and I too thought the movie was very sad. The father polar bear starving was just awful! It was not what I expected at all!
