When is AP offering the yearly, special run of salmon?

We just returned & had dinner at AP on May 15 for my birthday. Although the salmon was great, our server Paul mentioned that the special salmon run was expected around May 17 (oh well!). You might just want to contact the restaurant & inquire.

Could you elaborate, please? Is this a one-day thing?

It's my understanding it lasts 2 or 3 weeks in May, when salmon is spawning on the Snake River ? and it is best quality of salmon you can get. AP gets this quality salmon during this short period.

Great! We are dining there on our vacation (leave in 9 days) and I had already planned on having salmon. Hopefully the timing will be right!

Just got off the phone with AP (Ph.407-824-1081/ Hrs 5:30-10:00)
The salmon are spawning on the Copper River. Check back with them after the 21st, to see when they'll start getting them in and they're not sure how long they will be getting them in. DW & I will be @ WDW Memorial Weekend.

Thank you! DD15 and I arrive on the 28th. This will be our first time eating at AP (can't believe we've waited this long). I love love love salmon and get it any place I can.

AP will start serving Cooper River salmon Friday the 21st. They will have for a few weeks, maybe a month or more.

I work next door at WCC. We were told AP will start serving Cooper River salmon tomorrow, the 22nd. They have a very limited supply this year and no guarantees are made whether they will have it or not when you dine. In the past, we were able to sell the entree also at WCC and through room service but this year its only available at AP.
