Year of the Ears Mickey & Minnie Mouse Ears (Limited Edition) Help

Probably the wrong place to ask this, but I don't see a better section to do so so forgive me...

I was at the Disney Store this past Tuesday and one of the CM had on this cute Minnie Mouse headband I'd never seen before (strip ears, flowers, as black feather and a black bow on it - I want it)...asked her where she got it and she said at one of the Disney Parks.

So, I did some research and found out what it was all about: http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/bl...th-week-long-new-years-party-year-of-the-ear/ . These are limited edition items that change every month for the year of 2013. Year of the Ears...Disney Couture they are calling it.

No where on the Disney Parks blog do they list the SKU numbers for the Minnie Mouse headbands, but they have it for the Minnie Mouse ear hats. I've Googled it and nothing. I need the SKU number because Disney Merchandise (customer service on the phone) can see that they are on the blog, but cannot locate the headbands anywhere - ummm ok. They are telling me to get a SKU. I spoke to 2 CMs yesterday, no success.

Any help here will be appreciated. Thanks every one.

Ask on the blog post. One of the guys will comment back and give you the info.

I did comment on the original blog post as many of us did and he hasn't answered...he's only answered for the hats. :(
 

Guest services for buying tickets and making vacation planning purchases is such a great experience. Guest services for shopping and merchandise just isn't. I understand Disney comes out with new and different products a lot, but when someone calls them they want SKU...it would nice for the bloggers who blog for Disney Shopping to post those and the people on the phone should be willing to help find items by descriptions. These bloggers don't post daily so I'm thinking they should be able to answer questions in the comment area since there are no more than maybe 20 comments and not all have questions. Boo.

Anyway, it all started when I ended up ordering the wrong hats 4 days ago and realized it after going to the blog to see the head wear. I canceled my order yesterday for that. I called today and my order was not canceled...so the wrong items are being shipped to me. Guest services took my card number again and said they will refund me so I'll be waiting to see. According to a Manager at one of the stores in the parks they only have 3 of the headbands out of 6 available and that the one I want hasn't come out yet...it's out...the CM at my Disney Store is wearing it right now and she bought several for her nieces.

I've given up. Thanks everyone!!!

If she doesn't seem to have listed what you're looking for you could contact her, if she has what you need she'll post it *you'll want to get it *buy it now* before anyone else does. I've done that a couple times.
I've also completed transactions without ebay dealing as the "middle man" with her - pay via paypal and she ships to me; most recently last year.
