We are heading down on Friday morning. There are races in Daytona this weekend, so that will determine what time we leave.

June trip is a possibility for us as well. We were looking at July, but June is looking very good.....

A June trip would be VERY good. We just happened to be at WDW for the very first S/D Cheerleaders meet. This year we will be at WDW from June 13 through June 28. I'm looking forward to spending half a month at my favorite home away from home. I hope to see a few of you there.

NHAnn starts pondering...cheerleader meet in June? ...then slaps herself in the head reminding herself about time needed for college visits!.......but it would be so nice to see everyone again....oh the $$$ !...maybe just a long weekend for a cheerleader meet...oh the time off from work!... but it was SO fun 2 YEARS ago in JUly!....well except the heat!...........hhhmmm
DH will KILL me I better not ponder any more.......

Debbie...they've been "going out" steadily for a year now....before that they were "off and on" several times for shorter periods...a couple of times in 7th or 8th grade and once early freshman year. Sigh.

Brandie, I agree about the weather...MAKE IT GO AWAY!!!!!!!!

I'm here. Just sitting back, reading and thinking.
I'd love to be there in June (heck, I'd love to be there anytime), but, may have some major life changes coming ,(as if there haven't been enough already ) so, I guess I need to wait till closer till June so I will know what chaos reigns in my life at that time. Definitely interested, though. 'Course, it could turn out that I can get down for just a few days--like Ann, a long week-end or something. Fingers are crossed that all is sorted out in my life by then. Say a prayer that it goes the way I want....

I really want to be there---you all need to see my short hair, and my ---ready???----drum roll, please---45 pound weight loss!!!! I am one size away from my target weight and am almost there, I think, cause the size jeans I am wearing now is getting loose, but, the next size down in jeans is still too tight (altho, in dress slacks, I'm there--but, I want the jeans to fit).

So, Ann--did you make that offer on the car? Enquiring minds want to know. Hope all goes well for your DD. I remember going through all those trials with my high school sweetheart. My heart goes out to her.

Gail--June is not as hot as July, and, as least last year, not as crowded, either.

Now that I have slept on the whole idea...of going to WDW in June....I can say that I changed my mind......just kidding

We talked about it last night and everyone wants to go....except Mike....what do I do about Mike? He's 17 and he actually said..."Why do you want to go to WDW...we've already been"
I want to go and have fun but if he's not going to get into it......it will interfere with my fun. So I offered to let him bring a friend....That made it a little better.....but not a whole lot better and.... then I'll need another room or at least a bigger one.
I even thought about offering to bring his girlfriend...THAT would make him VERY HAPPY and then I would be happy. But then again...I would need another bedroom....her parents are strict about these things...and I don't blame them.
Oh what to do.....this is my only glitch

As far as WHEN I'm going....not sure yet but it will more likely be the 21st thru the 29th cuz the week before my kids last day of school is Monday.....which would be OK but no telling how many more snow days we'll get.
And got some work problems to work out.

I know TC will be there all of both those weeks and Teri ...I think said 19th thru 29th....just in case anyone here wants to work something out

i would so love to join everyone in june but if we want this house, the soonest i could get there would be december, and even that's questionable... besides, from the sounds of your possible dates, that's also when my sister's getting married. i kind of have to be here for that...you know...since i'm in the wedding...

i just got flowers delivered to me!! i have such a wonderful husband...i called to thank him and he said that he wanted them delivered today to be sure that i had them to enjoy all day tomorrow. i know, my valentine's day flowers are early, but he was afraid that if he waited til tomorrow, i wouldn't get them until late in the day...he wanted to be sure i had them in front of me all day long...isn't he sweet?

i guess he's going to make me a wonderful dinner tomorrow night too. he's already got the menu in mind. he'll be stopping at the store tonight to pick everything up. he says that he's got tomorrow taken care of, but he wants me to do something for him. so i told him i'd do something on saturday...he loves it when i make breakfast for him. but i usually just throw some kind of breakfast casserole together...i need to do something more than that...any thoughts? i would love some recipes of anything...as long as it has no cinnamon in it. he's VERY allergic to cinnamon. any ideas would be appreciated...

on the other hand...couldn't she change the wedding just kidding

But that reminds me...the other day I was thinking that someone needs to make a vidio game about the S/D cheerleaders and the S/D hotels. The object of the game would be to fly a plane all over the country picking up as many cheerleaders as you can and get them all to the S/D at the same time. This game would take lot of skill The player would run into all kinds of obstacles doing this like ...Brandie having a wedding....or Sue' personal life ...or Ann has to visit colleges or Debbie's afraid to fly Or Christine's AP has black out dates. The player would have to find ways to work out these problems if he wants to score high
And the player would also have to get SSB to stay home so he can be there too....probably the most difficult task

Do you think this is a sign...that I have too much free time on my hands
