Hi to Everyone this cold and rainy Sunday morning....We have been to church and out for lunch and now back home to dry off and try to warm up.....

Teri seems to have disappeared into transcription limbo or something
:D :D :D Now Ann....I did PM you last week....Can't help it if you never opened it...;)

Yes, it is true that my days are very busy now....My classes are requiring a LOT of writing....Much more than the Gordon Rule or so it would seem....and although interesting...much more time consuming than I had thought....That along with Savannah with a chest cold and I with bronchitis and some URI that will not go away and George with a sinus infection...and work...and typing....and the beginning steps to ministry...and George and I are starting a class at church on Tuesday nights....Well......I guess you get the picture....:D

I went back to my doctor on Thursday to say "These antibiotics are NOT working.....and he told me that you don't get over bronchitis in a week.....BOOOLAH!!!!! He wanted to write me a note for three days off from work to rest......  hehehe I told him that while appreciated the gesture....rest is not a possibilty right now.....:p :p :p :p

We are planning a much needed get away from Friday to Monday...to none other than the Swan....Looking forward to a little break....We have dinner reservations for Valentine's Day at Narcossee's (I have a special surprise for George) (NO NOT PREGNANT) and I am thrilled for the getaway...

Ok...well enough of my boring everyone to death......

I try to peek in during the week and to make sure that everyone is ok...sometimes I don't post ......But I do try to make sure that you are all well.

Well....just wanted to pop in and say hello....

Hi, Teri--Did the doctor also tell you that when you are physically overworked, it takes the body longer to heal itself? That's probably why he wanted you to take the three days off.

Your upcoming week-end sounds great! I am so envious that you can just pop on down to the SD whenever....

Hope all are well soon.

Yes, Pumpa--what Debbie said. If the rope isn't long enough...well, NH gets skipped. You need to hit Ma, NJ, and Ky, though, for sure! My bags are still packed from Ann's fly-over that didn't happen.

Working on the schedule for our floor today. They called early this morning and beggd me to come to work, but, I was bad and said no, cause I have to finish this thing today.

So, that's where I am going back to, now. Working on the work schedule at home on my day off.

Oh my Teri, sorry I haven't checked the PM box lately! (I used to get a little pop-up box saying if one was in there....wonder where it went  Anyway, I looked and sent you one back :) )

Oh, and since none of you have come up with the flying pig or the rope, I see no reason why I should be left out. Was hoping BT could actually make a flying pumba ;) but this is the best I could do LOL :teeth:
pig3.jpg

Now, I really must go car shopping. I HATE HATE HATE the process, especially on a used car (if I go with the 2002 Sebring Convertible............)

Hi Teri  you are working too hard, you know that doncha ;)
hope you feel better soon :)

(NO NOT PREGNANT)
you knew that would be the first thing out of my mouth, dincha :teeth:

hi ya St. poo poo :teeth:

I think discussing my "Hot" problem here on the thread has been very therapeutical...I'm cured :)
I don't wake up hot and pull off my clothes anymore
so you all will have to stop using that nickname :teeth:

hey I canceled the cable guy tomorrow morning....thats the TV cable guy....not to be confused with the internet cable guy.....nor to be confused with Jim Carrey the cable guy neither :teeth:
you know that cable problem I have been having....the one that they told me they could fix with an amplifier @ $50 and installation @ $20. We saw one at Walmart for $20  and Jerry can install it :)
Now I don't have to worry about the TV guy leaving me without internet

I am certainly glad you got that cable/internet problem taken cre of. The neighbors were going to begin to wonder about these guys coming and going all of the time. :p

About those hot thingies--I'm sure you're relieved. I'm not so sure that Jerry will be as happy. :teeth:

However, that does not mean we have to stop using that nickname.....naked nad. :teeth: :teeth:

image of a naked lady on a flying pig.......made me choke this fine morning........okey not so fine morning.....I hate mondays...Okey....listen to this.....if I could of gotten two air tickets our of Maine for under 600 round trip ......we could of gone to Disney for friday and come home Monday night...hubbies idea of laughing at me trying.....Now could I do the possible........heck not.........I guess I will just have to wait for 47 days to go by......ANN......alot of places in Maine are selling those program cars.......they look nice and good condition and low miles........we are in the process.......of looking for a new 4x4 truck.........I told him......you want a truck I want AC in it......this was a mistake and we had to keep it......yes Maine was hotter three weeks last summer then Florida was......have a good week everyone.......as this pig flies through another winter storm

as this pig flies through another winter storm

geez...i run away from the boards for 2 days and you all seem to have a posting party without me...:(

good morning all!!

boy, after catching up on this thread this morning...oh the images i have embedded in my brain...i need something else to think about! :teeth:

we went on saturday and hung out all day with a fellow DISer! we all met up about noon, then went downtown to see the broadway production of beauty and the beast. it was fabulous!! matthew was so sweet...they were selling the souvenir programs and long stem red (fake) roses...he bought me both! my ONLY complaint about the show...since it was saturday and a matinee...there were lots of kids!! not just like 10 year old kids, but like preschool aged kids. granted, this is a Disney based production, but some of the scenes throughout the show get pretty dark and can be scary for little ones. i can't tell you how many times that various kids burst out with the scared squeals...there was one kid right behind us that had to talk through any of the songs that he didn't know. drove me nuts...and then there was another kid and mom behind us that felt it was necessary to bring the world's noisiest snacks in the world's noisiest packages and proceed to open and eat them during the show. great show! but next time, i think we'll hit an evening performance.

then after the show we went to the spaghetti factory...it was wonderful! and so cheap!!! for 4 adults it was $40.00...we had beverages (nothing alcoholic), salads, an appetizer, entrees, and desserts! i was quite impressed...and they had this cool little lounge upstairs where we waited until our table was ready. it was great! i'm sure that restaurant will become a favorite of ours when we're downtown...then after dinner, we walked through circle center mall...and, like the kids we are, went up to the gameworks studio place to play video games! we mostly played the racing games where we were all playing the same game, and then we played air hockey. probably about 10 games of air hockey...it was quite fun! then after that, we decided to head back to our friend's apartment...where the girls were outvoted on what game to play. we wanted disney trivia...but the guys wanted monopoly. so we caved and played monopoly...but it was the .com edition. it was actually kind of cool! everything's in millions instead of regular dollar amounts. i usually suck at this game. but this time, i started off very well! i had most of the properties and it really started to become a game between myself and her boyfriend. matthew and my friend weren't really threats...YET. before we knew it, i was out of the game...matthew was hanging by a thread...and my friend swept the whole game!!! it was one of those games where at first, no one lands on the boardwalk or park place properties, until she went and put 3 houses on each one. that killed us...i was out after 2 rounds of her doing that...rent on yahoo.com (boardwalk) was like $14 million!!!! it was horrible...after the game wound down, we went home...it was 1:00am...we had a great time though! since moving here, we haven't really had much of a social life, except with each other...it's wonderful finding another couple who shares similar interests and are great to be around!

then yesterday, we went back out to the housing addition. we signed the official papers to get the loan process rolling. we want this house...so now the whole pre approval process begins...

well, gonna run for now...i'll be lurking and waiting for you guys to start a posting party...;) have a good day!!
