Ann- I have to agree, not much sympathy here forthe "cold weather" in Florida when It was only 33 here today at noon! I'll take 50's over that any day!
Debbie- yes, my tag is big but it's all mine and I was finally noticed!!!

Today, I have to put finishing touches on the store, get bills paid, get my brother "programmed" to take care of Chris, the dogs, and our house.

He'll probably need a vacation, too, when we return.

happy belated birthday christine!! hope it was fun!!

we put up our tree yesterday...i'm so excited!! i LOVE christmas decorations...i know...i'm nuts...

i'll try to watch the Ice Wars special on the 30th...matthew gets testy if we watch too much ice skating

matthew and i are working on a christmas gift for his mom. she lives in california and wasn't able to meet us in florida for our wedding...we don't talk to her very often either (they just aren't a close knit family) but i told matthew that we needed to send his mother something nice for christmas. she's had such a rotten family life...she has 4 kids...2 of which are the most ungrateful kids i have ever seen. i just have such a hard time with them...anyway, i told matthew that his mother deserves to know what a "real" family is like. we would love for her to move out here, but we don't have the room for her in our apartment and i don't know if she would come back out to the midwest or not. anyway...we finally agreed on her gift. we're sending her a nice picture frame with pictures of us from our wedding in it. it's really cute...we got it at target and it says just married across the top and then "mr. & mrs." at the bottom. it has room for 5 pictures. we went though and picked out the pictures and put them in the frame...they're really nice...and then matthew's making a scrapbook of sorts with various honeymoon pictures for her too. he's taking our trip reports and printing them out on 4x6 size pages and then putting a corresponding picture with them. he got our trip report down to 46 4x6 pages...WHEW!!! now we have to pick out the pictures to go in the album...it'll look so neat when we're done!

ok..i've babbled enough for right now...i'm sure i'll think of something else to say later...

I like to start decorating after Thanksgiving although TG is late this year, I suppose I could start a bit earlier.
Problem tho DH is not into spirit yet...lost his mom suddenly last Christmas Eve it will be a tough one

ok..i am so done with work this week. i'm bored to death already...

i'm very jealous of those folks heading to DISCON here soon. i need a trip to WDW again!!!! i told matthew the other night that i wanted to get his mom out here sometime and then surprise her with a trip to WDW. she would so love that...we'll have to see...

i'd much rather be at the adventurer's club right now...enjoying the new member induction ceremony...gosh that was fun...

SSB will join you! Actually bought a FL Resident pass for PI, just to go the the "Adventurer's Club" now and again.

It is SUCH a hoot... and now I have seem many of the cast member play several different roles (they switch out it seems, maybe to keep from getting bored in one role, methinks)

i love it there...we discovered it on our honeymoon. it was such a riot!! we went in there not knowing what to expect, other than what we had read online and in the guidebooks. it wasn't long before we were encouraged to come downstairs and quit "lurking" from above...the characters that night were PERFECTLY cast...the gal that was playing pamelia was so into it. she was sitting by matthew when we were in the library for one of the shows. and i have to say that yvonne is the best ditsy maid that i have ever seen...it was just hysterical...we got there about 9:30pm and closed it down...then the next night we were there, they had all switched characters. it was odd seeing them in different roles! yah...if we lived closer, we would definitely have annual passes...next time we go, we plan to spend lots more time there!! we'll have to look you up SSB!!

I sure wish I could talk DD into considering a Florida College hehehe...at least then we could maybe take a "college visit" trip with a little side trip while we're there But she is saying she wants to stay within 1/2 day drive of home.
