I think the YC concierge is the best!! Be sure and use them for pre-planning. That's where they really shine. Hard to get PS's and cruise reservations, etc. They even help with shopping for gifts for the kids, etc. The lounge is very nice. Not too big but I like it that way. Seems intimate. In the morning they will have a continental breakfast that's always very nice. Plenty of breads, cereals, fruit, etc. There's a small area for children too with little tables and chairs and a TV at their eye level. Juices, coffee and soft drinks. During the day they have some kind of snacks, pretzels, dips, chips, goldfish, etc. In the evening I think their offerings are very nice. Everything from cheeses and vegetable, chicken, to clams and mussels. They change daily but I always find that whatever they have is ususally very good. They have things for the kids too, pb&j sandwiches and ususally a hot dish like macaroni-n-cheese or some sort of noodles or something. They also have wine available and you can ask for beer. Later in the evening they have desserts and cordials. The homemade cookies are delicious and they always have very good pies and cakes. You should get an elevator key to the fifth floor prior to your arrival. Just go straight up to the fifth floor to check in. It's a breeze. You'll feel like royalty.
