YC Concierge Worth it???

I was wondering if anybody could tell me a little about the YC Conceirge Garden View, what the rooms are like, what to expect?

I just had the standard garden view when I was at the YC concierge last yr. We overloooked the main entrance to the YC, even though it wasn't a water view it wasn't a bad location, 4 doors from the concierge lounge. Conccierge is worth it depending how many in your family is going.
