Yankee Candles.............

I was doing that too Bev but got so bored of the same scent that every few days I change it now. Its so easy to do (somone on here gave me a tip, can't remember who it was off the top of my head) but when you want to change let the tart harden & then put the whole burner in the freezer for 5 mins and when you take it out push down on one side & it pops out easily. :thumbsup2

Thanks claire, I think Ill stock up on the tarts to:thumbsup2

They do give off a strong smell:goodvibes

Kerry the tarts seem to last forever!!! :thumbsup2
I break mine into quarters & have them burning for ages, I seem to go through 2 or 3 t lights then get bored & want to change the scent so I take the melted tart out and put in a different one.
I couldn't really guess how long they burn but I reckon it's at least 30+ hours? :confused3

You need the electric tart burner, Claire as you can leave those on and the tarts use up more quickly!!! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: For a constantly pleasing frangrant house, I have one in the hall and one in the conservatory (where the doglets sleep ;) ) and change the tarts every other day...

Im burning black cherry :thumbsup2 mmm reminds me of cherry drops =)

:scared1: i didnt even know there was such a thing !

I didn't either Nat......I don't want one though if it burns them quicker! I would have to spend even more money on them. :rotfl2:

You can turn it off, Claire!!! ;) But it's cool not having to worry about the tealights/candles getting knocked over etc...
Here's a pic...

Costs about £20 and IMO is brilliant when you have dogs...

Thanks Karen. I didn't know they did electric one's. :thumbsup2 Obviously I realised you can switch them off ;) ....although I am having a really blond day today.

I got the impression from your previous post that they burn the tart quicker than the regular tea light method? How do they compare?

Yankee candles are on Qvc to as the tsv.

Thanks Jill.....I just went & ordered some more. :rolleyes1 :guilty:

Not too worried about missing out on the TSV as I don't like the fresh cut roses scent - even though Roses are one of my favourite flowers. :confused3

I am burning candied apple which is lovely. :)

I'm burning candied apple too, I love it

Kerry bought me a Mango Peach Salsa jar today for Mother's Day. It smells yummy ::yes::

I've swapped from Dune Grass to Creme Brulee at Robert's request (Dune Grass gave my Mum a headache sadly!)...

Bob xoxoxoxox

I've changed to Starfruit and Orange as my mother hated the Creme Brulee!

Bbo xoxoxox

I've just bought a couple of samplers - Starfruit & Orange and Juicy Peach - I'm looking forward to smelling those, and I bought a Sun & Sand car freshener for Kerry's car

We're onto Juicy Watermelon... Starfruit and Orange wasn't very strong.... Duff Tart methinks!
