I did mine! Sadly I had to do it through Yankee Candle themselves I couldn't leave the house yesterday

I got home from work late yesterday and just drove back to my garage (detached one in back of the house). When I was driving out this morning to go to work, I had TWO Yankee Candle boxes on my front porch. I got out of the car and put them in the house---taking out the packing slips. I will open the boxes tonight and list my gifts tomorrow.

The packages were from Christiann in NY and Amada from Nevada (no DIS names available). Thanks for the packages. It is fun trying to decipher the packing lists very, very confusing on some of the items I know that I received tarts and samplers, but some of the other items. It will be fun tonight.

Wow--I don't think I'm that far from you! We were lucky--only lost power for about 5-10 minutes, and never lost cable! Loving Fios right now!

We still have water--thank goodness, but no heat. We heat with gas, but need electricity to start the furnace. At least the sun is shining today, so the house will be warmer today. And as we keep saying, our house is still intact. so many lost their roofs or cars or even their lives. This was a nasty storm.

Glad you have power.
We once lost power in mid Dec. due to snow.....5 days.....3 of it snowed in with no heat or water. The house got down to 45
We got our generator right after that

Hope you get it back soon.

I didn't get my package yet, but we did get power!!! at 5:35 PM last night--so that was 68 hours without it. Luckily, most of the frozen food was good--I had to throw out some chicken, a pork chop, some sausages. And sadly, the ice cream had to go. but now I have an excuse to go out & buy some more tonight!
