I had heard about the incident, but I figured if it was Bill Cosby that the guy deserved it. lol 20 cents? I wonder how they came up with that amount.

I think they had to convict him due to evidence, but the 20 cents was to insult the paparatzzi & not to validate that what they do is always the right thing.
