Yak and Yeti NOT accepting the Disney Dining Experience

I just read here on the DIS news section that the DDE office has changed the status of this restaurant's participation in the DDE program to 'undecided' at this time.

Seems lots of conflicting stuff coming from the DDE office as of late. Hope they clear it up soon.

Interesting.
DDP surprises me only that the other Landry's restaurants do not accept it.
DDE I would have been surprised, since it is not a Disney restaurant.
I have the Safari Club card. IF they accept that, I would try them. Otherwise not.

I have eaten there twice.

I have DDE, they do not accept it for discount.
I have Safari Club, they do not accept it for discount.
I also have Disney World Cast ID, they do accept it for discount.
