Yak and Yeti ADRs at park close

I'm about to make my ADRs for our upcoming trip to WDW.
Animal Kingdom closes at 5pm during our trip. We would like to eat at Yak and Yeti. What is the latest possible time we can book our ADRs to eat there? Since Animal Kingdom closes at 5pm, is that the latest time or can we book later or do we have to book before park close such as 4pm?

any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

A couple of years ago, we had 4:45 reservations. The restaurant was still pretty full when we arrived and we were certainly not the last table to leave, but there was definintely something interesting about walking through the park to get to our bus after dinner. The park had closed by the time we were finished dinner. AK was still lit up, but there were no people in site. Pretty neat.
