yacht and beach rates

i was just curious.. with the annual passholder rate what kind of quotes have you been given for yacht and beach club? i just booked WL for sept with the annual passholder rate.. but i am looking into yacht club with an AP rate if one is released next year. and if cheap enough maybe even concierge. thanks!

235 plus tax AP rate - total for five nights was about $1300.

We got 235 a night at Beach Club for 7 nights. Standard room but its BC =) So all is good.
