Woo Hoo! I just saw that in replays. She was way ahead of the pack! I was wondering why she was racing alone when the second place rider came into frame.
Why do they score the moguls after each racer if 25% of the score is based on speed? So one skier is much faster than a skier 5 racers ago yet they both get 25% because the person 5 skiers ago was the fastest at that point? Seems unfair- they should wait until everyone has gone.
I think it was last Olympics that he struck me as sounding kind of angry when people made mistakes, like he personally wanted to storm the ice and knock some sense into 'em. It made me laugh, at any rate.
I don't know about sleazy, but at times I thought it was a little inconsistent. I thought Weir's scores should have been a little higher, but maybe they took off points because of his outfit
I personally thought Lysocek was better, technical wise (his jumps were cleaner) than Plushenko, but I guess the quad got a better score than a triple.
