I just found this recipe on the WW community board. It sounds delicous! Thought some of you might like to try it. fat free banana bread Servings = 12 Points per serving = 1 6 very ripe bananas 1 cup Splenda 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup golden raisins - optional Mash bananas with Splenda. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda. Stir in banana mix and the vanilla. When completely blended, add the raisins. Pour into loaf pan that was sprayed with pam, bake 45 - 60 min at 350 degrees. Cool, remove from pan, let set until completely cool before slicing. Enjoy!
