Hello everyone! We are booked for Pop Century the week of Halloween, and my son's 2nd birthday is on the day we arrive, saturday 10/27. I want to book a fun dinner for his birthday for that evening, do you have any recommendations? I am new to all of this, so I don't know which place would be special for a two year old to celebrate his birthday!

Thanks!

Chef Mickeys! And wherever you end up going, make sure you mention the birthday when you make the reservation. :goodvibes

Either Crystal Palace: Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger, & Piglet; or Chef Mickey: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto. Just depends on which characters are his favorite. Both are buffets. Crystal Palace is in the Magic Kingdom & Chef Mickey's is in the Contemporary Resort, a short monorail ride or 10 minute walk from MK.

Thanks for all the tips so far! He doesn't have a favorite character yet, so I am open to any ideas! :)

I would book Chef Mickey's. Easy to get to, lots of fun for smaller children and you don't have to spend a park admission to get to it. JMHO-YMMV

i have not been to chef mickeys but i was thinking for a little guy that it would be perfect. We have been to crystal and i think a child his age that pooh would be great as well...but they have a more laid back atmosphere and if you are looking for fun and upbeat mickeys would be the place to go :D

Chef Mickeys is my vote! We took DD and DS for their 3 and 5 yr days (same trip) and are going there for DS#2's 2nd b-day in 2 weeks. We are looking forward to it as much as the parks! The characters all come to your table, and it's just a fun experience. If you book dinner there, you can watch the MK's fireworks off the balcony. :)

I agree with this one. I would suggest that if you are wanting to do Crystal Palace to make sure it's not on a party night if you are not planning on attending. Otherwise it's a great dinner before doing the Halloween party :)

Wow, you all have blown me away with your helpfulness! Thank you SO much!

I am thinking I will have it at Chef Mickey's, and order a podium cake when I get there. I wonder if I can bring some cute candles for the small cake and order balloons as well? I wish I could find more info....
